بررسي رابطۀ نگرش منفي جامعه با طرد معلولين از اجتماع

The Analysis of Relationship Between Negative Community Attitudes and Exclusion of Disabled People from the Society

هدف وضعيت طرد اجتماعي معلولين و چگونگي توزيع آن در بين معلولين جامعه از موضوعات مهم مطالعات اجتماعي ناتواني محسوب مي شود. پژوهش حاضر در پي فهم ارتباط بين نگرش منفي جامعه با طرد معلولين از اجتماع انجام گرفت. چارچوب نظري اين بررسي با كنار هم قرار دادن رويكردهاي پزشكي و اجتماعي به معلوليت به دست مي آيد. رويكردهاي پزشكي به معلوليت، ناتواني معلولين را ناشي از نقص فيزيكي و فردي مي دانند؛ ولي رويكردهاي اجتماعي به معلوليت، ساختارها و فاكتورهاي اجتماعي را به مثابه علل اصلي ناتواني معلولين مورد سنجش قرار مي دهند كه از نظر آنان نگرش منفي جامعه نيز جزو فاكتورهاي اجتماعي دخيل در طرد اجتماعي معلولين محسوب مي شود. روش در اين تحقيق از دو روش كمي (پيمايش) و كيفي (مصاحبه) استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري در اين تحقيق، معلولين جسمي حركتي 15-64 سال بودند كه در بهزيستي مركز شهرستان ري پرونده داشتند. حجم نمونه متشكل از 369 نفر بود و براي جمع آوري داده ها از پرسشنامه و مصاحبه هاي عميق استفاده شد. براي مصاحبه، نمونه اي متشكل از 51 نفر به گونه اي هدفمند مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. از نرم افزار spss نيز براي تحليل داده هاداده هاي كمي و از تكنيك تحليل محتوا براي تحليل داده هاي كيفي استفاده شد. يافته ها يافته ها نشان مي دهد كه هر قدر نگرش نسبت به معلولين منفي تر ارزيابي شود، معلولين طرد اجتماعي شديدتري را تجربه مي كنند و بالعكس. نتيجه در نتيجه به نظر مي رسد حجم گسترده فقر، بي سوادي، بيكاري و همچنين فقر در روابط و مشاركت هاي اجتماعي در بين معلولين، با نگرش منفي جامعه نسبت به معلولين ارتباط دارد. بنابراين براي تغيير نگرش نسبت به معلولين بايد هرچه سريع تر از طريق نهادهاي فرهنگ ساز اقدامات لازم انجام گيرد.

Target: Status of social exclusion and its distribution among the disabled is one ofthe important issues in the field of social studies of disabilities. The present study, intended to find out the relationship between the negative attitude of society and the exclusion of disabled from society. The theoretical framework of this study is obtained by combination of medical and social approaches to the disabled. Medical approaches consider the disability of the disabled as a physical and personal disability. But social approaches measure social structures and factors as the main causes of disability. In their opinion, social negative attitude is one of the social factors involved in the social exclusion of the disabled. Method: In this research, have been used quantitative (survey) and qualitative(interview) methods. The statistical population in this study was from 15-64 years old physically disabled, who had a case in the welfare of Rey city. the sample consisted of 369 people, and to collect data, questionnaires and strong interview were used. A sample of 51 people was used purposefully For interview. Spss software was used for quantitative data analysis and content analysis technique was used for qualitative data analysis. Findings: Findings show that the more negative attitude towards the disabled, themore severe social exclusion is experienced and vice versa. Conclusion: It seems, extensive volume of poverty, illiteracy, unemployment and the lack of relationships, social participation among disabled people, are associated with society’s negative attitudes toward people with disabilities. So, necessary measures should be taken as soon as possible through cultural institutions to change the attitude towards the disabled.
