تحليل انتقادي تلقّي اقبال لاهوري از فلسفة اسلامي

A Critical Analysis of Muhammad Iqbal's Perspective Concerning Islamic Philosophy

محمد اقبال لاهوري، از متفكران شبه قاره هند و تاثيرگذار بر نحله هاي مختلف فكري است.، او گرچه انديشه هاي بديع مختلفي داشت ليكن تفكر وي بيشتر با «پروژه تجديد بناي ديني در اسلام» شناخته مي شود. تحقيق حاضر در پي واكاوي تلقي اقبال از فلسفه ي اسلامي با روش تحليلي- انتقادي است. با بررسي آثار منثور و منظوم اقبال، به اين نتيجه مي رسيم كه وي هيچ گاه ماهيت فلسفه ي اسلامي را درست نشناخته و توضيح كاملي نداده است؛ بلكه وقتي از فلسفه ي اسلامي سخني به ميان مي آورد يا منظورش بحث عقل به معناي عام است، يا به دانش تجربي و گاهي به شخصيت هاي فلسفي اشاره مي كند؛ از طرفي اقبال در دوره هاي مختلف زندگي اش تلقي هاي مختلفي از فلسفه اسلامي ارايه داده است و سرانجام بعد از طرح پروژه تجديد بناي ديني، فلسفه اسلامي را يوناني مآبي و متاثر از آن تلقي كرده است. اقبال، سنت فلسفي در جهان اسلام را در بهترين حالت نيمه راه رسيدن به حقيقت مي داند. اين تلقي با اشكالات جدي مانند عدم تعريف منطقي فلسفه ي اسلامي، عدم توجه به نحوه ورود فلسفه در جهان اسلام و ميراث فارابي، عدم توجه به جنبه هاي مفيد و مثبت فلسفه در اسلام، ترجيح غير منطقي و گاه خطر آفرين تفكرات رقيب بر فلسفه و يكسان دانستن تلقي همه فلاسفه اسلامي نسبت به يونان، مواجه است.

Muhammad Iqbal, one of the most concerned contemporary Muslim thinkers of the subcontinent and influential on various schools of thought, has had different ideas and his ideas are better known as “Philosophy of Self”. The present study seeks to analyze his attitude concerning Islamic philosophy with an analytical-critical method. [Problem and Method of Research] Examining his prose and poetry, we came to the conclusion that Iqbal never explained the nature of Islamic philosophy, but when he speaks of Islamic philosophy, he either discusses reason or knowledge or points to philosophical personalities and on the other hand, Iqbal has presented different conceptions of Islamic philosophy and philosophy at different periods of his life, finally, Iqbal thinks that Islamic philosophy has been influenced Hellenism. He considers the philosophical tradition in the Islamic world to be in the best way to reach midway the truth. This attitude is confronted with serious objections such as lack of logical definition of Islamic philosophy, lack of attention to how philosophy entered the Islamic world and Farabi's legacy, lack of attention to useful and positive aspects of philosophy in Islam, irrational and sometimes dangerous preference of rival philosophical movements over philosophy, regarding all Islamic philosophers same regards Greek philosophy and so on.
