در مسير مواجه شدن با تهاجم فرهنگي، عدم شناخت كافي از ماهيت و ابعاد تهاجم فرهنگي در بخش‌هاي مختلف به ويژه نيروي­‌هاي نظامي از چالش‌­هاي اساسي بوده و عدم برخورداري از بصيرت و شناخت عميق از اين مقوله در چنين سازمان­‌هاي حساس و مهمي، موجب مي­‌گردد تا سازمان در اتخاذ راه‌كارهاي مقابله و نيز تدوين برنامه‌­هاي مقابله با تهاجم فرهنگي دشمن از رويكرد مناسبي برخوردار نباشد. هدف مطالعه پيش­رو تدوين راهبردهاي دفاع فرهنگي آجا در مقابله با تهاجم فرهنگي مي‌باشد. نوع تحقيق كاربردي است و رويكرد آن به جهت اينكه علاوه بر تحليل كيفي مباني نظري، از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته نيز استفاده شده است به‌­صورت آميخته (كمي-كيفي) مي­‌باشد. روش اجراي تحقيق زمينه‌اي- موردي مي‌باشد. جهت تدوين راهبردها، از روش تدوين راهبرد مقصد-هدف-راهبرد (GOS) استفاده شده است. مشاركت‌كنندگان در بخش كيفي تحقيق شامل تعداد 18 نفر خبرگان حوزه فرهنگي آجا و جامعه آماري در بخش كمي شامل فعالان حوزه فرهنگ در سطح آجا مي‌باشد كه با استفاده از فرمول نمونه كوكران تعداد 135 نفر مي‌­باشند. به منظور جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از روش كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني شامل مصاحبه نيمه‌ساخت‌يافته و پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از روش دلفي فازي با استفاده از نرم‌افزار متلب بهره‌برداري به عمل آمده است. در نهايت تعداد 16 راهبرد دفاع فرهنگي به همراه الزامات پياده‌سازي هر يك از راهبردها احصاء گرديد.

The method of conducting research is contextual-case. In order to formulate strategies, the destination-goal-strategy (GOS) method has been used. Participants in the qualitative part of the research included 18 experts in the field of AJA culture and the statistical community. In a small part, it includes cultural activists at the AJA level Using Cochran's sample formula, there are 135 people. In order to collect information, library and field methods including semi-structured interviews and questionnaires were used. To analyze data from fuzzy Delphi method. The fuzzy Delphi method has been exploited using MATLAB software. Finally, 16 cultural defense strategies were counted along with the implementation requirements of each strategy.
