چكيده فارسي :
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي هوش سياسي مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه‌هاي آزاد اسلامي ميباشد. روش پژوهش توصيفي، از نوع همبستگي بوده و جامعه آماري تحقيق، كليه مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه‌هاي آزاد اسلامي كشور هستند كه تعداد آنها بالغ بر 95 نفر است. ابزار اندازه‌گيري تحقيق، پرسشنامه هوش سياسي (ISIS) بود. روايي پرسشنامه مورد تاييد تعدادي از متخصصان مديريت ورزشي قرار گرفت و پايايي آن از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ براي پرسشنامه‌هاي هوش سياسي برابر 0/906 محاسبه گرديد. نتايج آزمون معادلات ساختاري پژوهش نشان داد كه مولفه‌هاي بازي‌هاي اجتماعي، شخصيت سياسي، پويايي قدرت، صداقت آشكار و تسخير احساسات، همگي بر عملكرد هوش سياسي مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه‌هاي آزاد اسلامي كشور تأثير مثبت و معناداري دارند. با توجه به نتايج پژوهش به نظر مي‌رسد به‌كارگيري و استفاده از هوش سياسي جهت مواجه درست با تغييرات و تصميم‌گيري صحيح مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي و استفاده مناسب از فرصت‌ها اجتناب‌ناپذير است. از اين‌رو برخورداري مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي از هوش سياسي جهت موفقيت آنها ضروري است.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of the present study is to survey the political intelligence of physical education directors at Islamic Āzād universities. The method of study is descriptive correlational and the population of research includes all physical education directors at Islamic Āzād universities in the country whose number reached to 95. The measurement tool in the research was a political intelligence questionnaire (ISIS). The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a number of experts in sport management and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach alpha for political intelligence questionnaires to be 0.906. The results of constructional equation tests showed that some indices including social plays, political character, power mobility, open honesty, and emotion control have a positive and significant impact on the performance of political intelligence among physical education directors at Islamic Āzād university in the country. According to the obtained results, it seems that using political intelligence for the appropriate handling of changes, proper decision-making, and suitable use of opportunities are inevitable for the above directors. Therefore, having political intelligence is essential for their success.
