ﺯﻣﻴﻨﻪ: ﻫﻮﺵ ﺳﻴﺎﺳﻲ ﻳﮑﻲ ﺍﺯ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﻴﺮﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﺍﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮﺍﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰﺍﻥ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭﻱ ﺩﺭ ﺭﻭﺍﺑﻂ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺑﺎ ﺍﻋﻀﺎﻱ
ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﻭ ﺣﻞ ﺗﻌﺎﺭﺿﺎﺕ ﻧﻘﺶ ﺍﻳﻔﺎ ﮐﻨﺪ.
ﻫﺪﻑ: ﺑﺮﺭﺳﻲ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻫﻮﺵ ﺳﻴﺎﺳﻲ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻧﺘﺨﺎﺏ ﺳﺒﮑﻬﺎﻱ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﺗﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎﻱ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ
ﻣﺴﺎﻓﺮﺕ ﻫﻮﺍﻳﻲ ﻭ ﮔﺮﺩﺷﮕﺮﻱ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﺒﺮﻳﺰ ﺑﻮﺩ. ﺭﻭﺵ: ﺍﺯ ﻟﺤﺎﻅ ﻫﺪﻑ ﻛﺎﺭﺑﺮﺩﻱ ﻭ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎﻅ ﺭﻭﺵ ﻣﺎﻫﻴﺖ، ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ ﺍﺯ ﻧﻮﻉ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺍﺯ ﺭﻭﺵ ﺳﺮﺷﻤﺎﺭﻱ ﺑﻮﺩ. ﺩﺭ ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻴﻔﻲ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮﺭﺩ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺻﺎﺣﺒﻨﻈﺮﺍﻥ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺣﻮﺯﻩ ﻭ ﺩﺭ ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﻲ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮﺭﺩﻧﻈﺮ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ، ﮐﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎﻱ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﺴﺎﻓﺮﺕ ﻫﻮﺍﻳﻲ ﻭ ﮔﺮﺩﺷﮕﺮﻱ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﺒﺮﻳﺰ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪﺍﺩ 220 ﻧﻔﺮ ﮐﻪ ﺩﺍﺩﻩ ﻫﺎﻱ ﺟﻤﻊ ﺁﻭﺭﻱ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺑﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺍﺯ ﺍﺑﺰﺍﺭ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺟﻤﻊ ﺁﻭﺭﻱ ﻭ ﺍﺯ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﺁﺯﻣﻮﻥ ﻫﺎﻱ ﺁﻣﺎﺭﻱ ﮐﻮﻟﻤﻮﮔﺮﻭﻑ
ﺍﺳﻤﻴﺮﻧﻮﻑ ﻭ ﭘﻴﺮﺳﻮﻥ ﻣﻮﺭﺩ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻭ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎﻥ ﺩﺍﺩ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻫﻮﺵ ﺳﻴﺎﺳﻲ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺁﮊﺍﻧﺲ ﻫﺎ ﻭ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﺗﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﺭﺍﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ ﺩﺍﺭﻱ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻫﻮﺵ ﺳﻴﺎﺳﻲ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺁﮊﺍﻧﺲ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎﻱ ﻫﻤﮑﺎﺭﻱ، ﺭﻗﺎﺑﺖ، ﻣﺼﺎﻟﺤﻪ ﻭ ﺳﺎﺯﺵ ﺭﺍﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ ﺩﺍﺭﻱ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ، ﻭﻟﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻫﻮﺵ ﺳﻴﺎﺳﻲ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺁﮊﺍﻧﺲ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﺍﺟﺘﻨﺎﺏ ﺭﺍﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ ﺩﺍﺭﻱ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻧﺪﺍﺭﺩ ﻭ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎﻱ ﺑﺎﺯﻱ ﻫﺎﻱ ﺳﻴﺎﺳﻲ، ﭘﻮﻳﺎﻳﻲ ﻫﺎﻱ ﻗﺪﺭﺕ، ﺷﺨﺼﻴﺖ ﺳﻴﺎﺳﻲ، ﺻﺪﺍﻗﺖ ﺁﺷﮑﺎﺭ ﻭ
ﺗﺴﺨﻴﺮ ﺍﺣﺴﺎﺳﺎﺕ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﺗﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﺭﺍﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ ﺩﺍﺭﻱ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ.
چكيده لاتين :
. The statistical population consists of all managers of air travel and tourism services companies in Tabriz, 220 people. In this research, census method has been used. , the questionnaires were given to several professors in this field and under their supervision, amendments were made to the original. In addition, to assess the reliability of the research tool, questionnaires were distributed among 20 sample subjects in an experimental implementation and the results were analyzed by Cronbach's alpha test. This value was estimated 0.81 for the first questionnaire and 0.80 for the second questionnaire. The results of Pearson correlation test show that there is a significant positive relationship between political intelligence of agency managers and their conflict management. There is a significant positive relationship between the political intelligence of agency managers and the components of cooperation, competition, compromise and compromise. But there is no significant relationship between the political intelligence of agency managers and the avoidance component and there is a significant positive relationship between the components of political games, power dynamics, political personality, overt honesty and emotion conquest with conflict management.
