تدوين مدلي براي ارزيابي عملكرد مالي دانشگاه با مقايسه روش‌هاي ANFIS، ANFIS-GA و ANFIS-PSO

Develop a model for evaluating the financial performance of universities using comparing methods of ANFIS، ANFIS-GA و ANFIS-PSO

در طي دهه هاي گذشته، تعداد دانشگاه ها از نظر كمي رشد زيادي كرده اند، ولي بسياري از آنها از نظر منابع مالي در محدوديت قرار دارند. در اين بين ارزيابي عملكرد مالي مي تواند مديران دانشگاه ها را از طريق شناخت وضعيت مالي، در تصميم گيري مناسب پشتيباني نمايد. بر همين اساس هدف اين تحقيق تدوين مدلي براي ارزيابي عملكرد مالي دانشگاه بوده است. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف تحقيق كاربردي- توسعه اي و از نظر روش انجام پژوهش توصيفي بوده كه به صورت مقطعي انجام شده است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق كليه واحدهاي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي در سراسر كشور بوده است. حجم نمونه آماري بر اساس جدول مورگان 214 واحد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي انتخاب شده است. براي گردآوري داده ها از پرسشنامه روش دلفي و اسناد و مدارك موجود دانشگاه استفاده شده است. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي تحقيق از روش هاي دلفي و سيستم عصبي- فازي تطبيقي (ANFIS)، سيستم عصبي- فازي تطبيقي تركيب شده با الگوريتم ژنتيك (ANFIS-GA) و سيستم عصبي- فازي تطبيقي تركيب شده با الگوريتم ازدحام ذرات (ANFIS-PSO) استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه در بين سيستم هاي طراحي شده، سيستم عصبي- فازي تطبيقي تركيب شده با الگوريتم ازدحام ذرات قادر است با كمترين ميزان خطا، عملكرد مالي دانشگاه را ارزيابي نمايد.

Over the past few decades, the number of universities has grown exponentially, but many of them are financially constrained. In the meantime, financial performance appraisal can support university administrators in making appropriate decisions by recognizing financial status. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to codify a model for evaluating the financial performance of the university. This research has been applied in terms of the purpose, applied-developmental research and descriptive research in terms of the method which has been done intermittently. The statistical population of this research was all units of Islamic Azad University throughout the country. The statistical sample size was selected based on Morgan's table of 214 units of IAU. To collect data from the questionnaire, the Delphi method and the existing university documents were used. In order to analyze the research data, from Delphi methods and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system, adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system combined with genetic algorithm and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system combined with a particle swarm optimization have been used. The research results show that among the designed systems, adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system combined with a particle swarm optimization with the least error is able to evaluate and predict the financial performance of the university.
