چكيده فارسي :
تأثير جنسيت در فهم متون يكي از مباحثي است كه در دهه‌هاي اخير در حوزه فهم متون ديني مطرح شده است. با ورود دانش‌هاي فمينيستي، اين نظريه حتي تا خوانش زنانه متون ديني و اسلامي پيش رفته است. هدف اين پژوهش ترسيم جايگاه و شخصيت اجتماعي زن در بر تفاسير آيات اختلافي بين زن و مرد در قرآن كريم است، موضوعي كه موجب اتهامات ناروايي علي الخصوص در جوامع غربي به دين مبين اسلام شده است تا با تبيين و جمع عرفي ميان رواياتِ به ظاهر معارض مربوط به زن و تشخيص احاديث صحيح از سقيم به رفع شبهات اقدام كند. در اين پژوهش سعي گرديده است با روش توصيفي- تحليلي و كتابخانه‌اي مفاهيم تفاسير با رويكرد عقلي- اجتهادي، از قرن سوم هجري تا قرن پانزدهم ذيل اين آيات اختلافي و از ديدگاه مفسران فمينيسم، ميزان اثرگذاري اين جريان فكري در آثار تفسيري مفسران در تفاسير آيات اختلافي بين زن و مرد، مورد مطالعه قرار گيرد.
چكيده لاتين :
The effect of gender on the understanding of texts is one of the issues that have been proposed in recent decades in the field of understanding religious texts. By the advent of feminist science, this theory has even advanced to the female reading of religious and Islamic texts. The purpose of this study is to depict the status and social personality of women in the interpretations of conflicting verses between men and women in the Holy Quran, a subject that led to accusations, especially in Western societies, to the religion of Islam to remove the doubts by explaining and combining the customary between the narrations seemingly contradictory related to women and distinguishing the correct hadiths from Saqim. In this research, it has been tried with descriptive-analytical and library method of concepts of interpretations with rational-ijtihad approach, from the third century to the fifteenth century under these conflicting verses and from the point of view of feminist commentators, the impact of this trend of thought on interpreters' interpretive works in interpretations of conflicting verses between men and women to be studied.
