چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮات ﻫﯿﺴﺘﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﺿﺪ درد و اﻟﺘﻬﺎب 5 - 4 - ﻣﺘﯿﻞ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎﻧﯿﻞ ﺑﻨﺰﯾﻠﯿﺪن ﺗﯿﺎزوﻟﻮﺗﺮﯾﺎزول ﺑﺮ ﮐﺒﺪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﮔﻮراﻣﯽ ﺳﻪ ﺧﺎل ﻧﺎﺑﺎﻟﻎ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺨﺴﺖ 150 ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﮔﻮراﻣﯽ ﺳﻪﺧﺎل ﻧﺎﺑﺎﻟﻎ ﺑﺎ وزن 0/5± 2 ﮔﺮم از ﮐﺎرﮔﺎه ﭘﺮورش ﻣﺎﻫﯽ، ﺧﺎن ﻣﺎﻫﯽ واﻗﻊ در ﻗﺰوﯾﻦ در اردﯾﺒﻬﺸﺖ ﺳﺎل 1398 ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﺷﺪ. آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 4 ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎي 10 ،20 ،30 و40 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم وزن ﺑﺪن ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺨﺴﺖ ﮐﻠﺮزداﯾﯽ آب اﮐﻮارﯾﻮمﻫﺎ ﻃﯽ 24ﺳﺎﻋﺖ و ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﯾﮏ روز درﻣﯿﺎن و ﻃﯽ ده ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﺗﻤﺎم ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺗﺸﺮﯾﺢ و ﮐﺒﺪﻫﺎ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﮐﺒﺪي ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺳﮑﻮپ ﻧﻮري و ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺳﻄﻮح آﻧﺰﯾﻢ-ﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﻓﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ارﺳﺎل ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ آﻧﺰﯾﻢ AST ، 716/5-888/6 ALT 16/6-29 و ALP 1846/6-1707 واﺣﺪ ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم، ﺑﺘﺮﺗﯿﺐ در ﮐﻨﺘﺮل 1 ﺗﺎ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر40 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم وزن ﺑﺪن ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻧﻤﻮد، ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ اﺧﺘﻼف ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر و ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد )0/05≤P(. ﻫﻢﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺳﮑﻮﭘﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻏﺸﺎي ﺳﻠﻮﻟﯽ،ﮔﺴﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﺷﮑﺎف ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﻨﻮزوﺋﯿﺪﻫﺎ از دوز30 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم وزن ﺑﺪن ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ دوز ﺑﻮد. از اﯾﻦ رو اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ دوز، ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﮐﺒﺪ و آﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺒﺪي را ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻗﺮار داده و ﺳﺒﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ آن و ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮاﺗﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن ﮔﺴﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﺎﻓﺘﯽ، اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ي ﺳﻨﻮزوﺋﯿﺪﻫﺎ و ﭘﯿﺪاﯾﺶ واﮐﻮﺋﻞ ﻫﺎي ﭼﺮﺑﯽ ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was to investigate the histological effects of 5-(4-methyltiobenzylidene) thiazolotriazol on liver tissue of Trichogaster trichopterus which was done at the fish lab of IAUPS. Therefore 150 fishes with the weight of 2±0.5 gr were prepared from Khan-mahi fish farm in the May 2019. This study was performed on 4 treatments 10, 20, 30, 40 mg/kg.b.w. Before dropping fishes into the aquariums, dechlorination of water was performed in 24 hours & physicochemical factors was measured too. Injections were performed the day after another in 20 days & all of the treatments were anatomized & their livers put into formalin in order to check by optimal microscope later. Liver enzymes consist of ALT, AST & ALP were send to Laboratory. Results showed that ALT level changed from 1707 u/kg in control 1 up to 1846.6 in treatment 40 mg/kg.b.w , AST level changed from 16.6 u/kg in control1 up to 29 u/kg in treatment 40 mg/kg.b.w , ALP level changed from 716.6 u/kg in control 1 up to 888.6 u/kg in treatment 40 mg/kg.b.w and this results showed significant difference between control & treatment(P≤0.05).optical and study showed some ruptures in liver tissue, increasing spaces between sinusoids and it caused to form fat vacuole in the liver by increasing of doses.
