چكيده فارسي :
ترور از جمله مفاهيم با اهميت در دنياي امروز است. آنچه اهميت ترور را بيش از پيش برجسته ساخته است، اين است كه قدرتهاي بزرگ از اين امر، براي دستيابي به منافع ملي و همچنين سركوب كردن مبارزات حق طلبانه و بد نام نمودن اسلام استفاده مي كند. امروزه اين ابرقدرتها كه براي دستيابي به اهدافشان دست به هر جنايتي مي زنند دين مقدس اسلام و مسلمانان را متهم به ترور مي كنند و با تحريف حقايق، اسلام را دين ترور و خشونت معرفي مي كنند. با توجه به اين امر، شناخت جايگاه ترور از ديدگاه امام خميني با توجه به آيات و روايات امري ضروري مي باشد. نتايج مقاله نشان مي دهد كه در انديشه ي امام خميني، ترور(در معناي امروزي) با توجه به آيات و رواياتي كه در اين زمينه وجود دارد، امري باطل است. ايشان در راهبردهاي خود هر گونه خشونت مبتني بر ترور را رد مي كند. هر كجا امام خميني در خصوص ترور سخن به ميان آورده اند با ديد كاملا منفي و با بيزاري و انزجار موضع خود را در قبال اين امر بيان فرموده اند. ايشان با تكيه آيات و روايات، به صراحت، ترور را رفتاري غير اسلامي و غير انساني معرفي مي كنند.

Assassination is one of the most important concepts in today's world. What has made the importance of assassination even more prominent is that the great powers are using it to achieve national interests, as well as to suppress right-wing struggles and tarnish Islam. Today, these superpowers, who commit any crime to achieve their goals, accuse the holy religion of Islam and Muslims of assassination, and by distorting the facts, introduce Islam as a religion of terror and violence. Due to this, it is necessary to know the place of assassination from Imam Khomeini's point of view according to verses and hadiths. The Qur'an and hadiths have ordered killing at the time of corruption on earth and enmity with God and His Messenger, but in none of the above cases, unlike assassination, is murder carried out in secret, without the permission of the Islamic ruler, and Unlike assassination, these actions restore public peace and security. Imam Khomeini's views on assassination are based on the Qur'an and hadiths. The results of the article show that in Imam Khomeini's thought, assassination (in the modern sense) is invalid according to the verses and hadiths that exist in this field. In his strategies, he denies any violence based on terror. Wherever Imam Khomeini has spoken about assassination, he has expressed his position with a completely negative view and with disgust and disgust. Relying on verses and hadiths, he explicitly introduces terror as an un-Islamic and inhuman behavior.
