ارزيابي سطح بلوغ مديريت دانش با استفاده از مدل بلوغ سازمان بهره وري آسيايي (APO) (مطالعه موردي: شركت انتقال گاز ايران)

Assessing the maturity level of knowledge management using the maturity model of the Asian Productivity Organization (APO): A case study: Iran Gas Transmission Company

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي ميزان بلوغ مديريت دانش بر مبناي مدل بلوغ بهره‌وري آسيايي در شركت انتقال گاز شهر تهران انجام شده است. اين پژوهش براساس هدف، كاربردي و بر حسب نحوه‌ي گردآوري داده‌ها جزء تحقيقات توصيفي پيمايشي است. داده‌ها با توزيع پرسشنامه استاندارد مدل بلوغ بهره وري آسيايي در بين 114 نفر از كاركنان رسمي و غيررسمي شركت انتقال گاز جمع آوري و با استفاده از مدل بلوغ سازمان بهره وري آسيايي، در دو سطح آمار توصيفي و استنباطي با استفاده از نرم افزاز آماري spss و اكسل مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه شركت انتقال گاز از لحاظ بلوغ سازماني در سطح واكنش قرار دارد. نتايج حاصل از تحليل نشان داد هفت مؤلفه مدل بهره وري آسيايي در وضعيت مطلوبي قرار ندارند و شركت انتقال گاز ايران در اين هفت مؤلفه، پايين تر از چارچوب مديريت دانش سازمان بهره وري آسيايي قرار دارد.

The aim of this study was to investigate the level of knowledge management maturity based on the Asian productivity maturity model in Tehran Gas Transmission Company. This research is applied based on the purpose and descriptive survey research in terms of data collection method. Data were collected by distributing the standard questionnaire of Asian productivity maturity model among 114 formal and informal employees of the gas transmission company and using the maturity model of the Asian Productivity Organization, in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics using software. SPSS and Excel were statistically analyzed. The research findings show that the gas transmission company is at the level of reaction in terms of organizational maturity. The results of the analysis showed that the seven components of the Asian productivity model are not in a favorable situation and Iran Gas Transmission Company in these seven components is lower than the knowledge management framework of the Asian Productivity Organization.
