بررسي و تحليل انگيزه هاي حافظ از خلق شخصيت رند در ديوان غزليات با رويكرد به مباني اعلاميۀ حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد

Investigating and analyzing Hafez's motives for creating Rend's character in Ghazaliat With an approach to the basics of the UN Declaration of Human Rights

حافظ در آيينه ديوان غزليات، ضمن پرداختن به مسايل غنايي، عاشقانه، عرفاني و... از موضوعات سياسي و اجتماعي، خاصه حقوق بشري هم سخن گفته است. او در ابيات مختلف، بارها به كاستي هاي حقوق انسان ها اعتراض كرده و مخاطبان خود را به صورت مستقيم و غيرمستقيم به رعايت آن فراخوانده است. حافظ براي تحقق اين هدف نوآوري هايي انجام داده كه پرورش شخصيت رند از آن جمله است. مساله اصلي پژوهش حاضر كه مبتني بر منابع كتابخانه اي و روش مقايسه اي است، بررسي انگيزه هاي حقوق بشري حافظ از پرداختن به شخصيت رند است تا به اين پرسش پاسخ داده شود كه شاعر از اين طريق به چه حقوق انساني اشاره كرده است؟ فرضيه اصلي تحقيق بر اين اصل استوار است كه تمركز حافظ بر مفاهيم مهمي چون: برابري و عدالت اجتماعي؛ امنيت فردي و اجتماعي؛ آزادي هاي سياسي، عمومي و رواني؛ كرامت و شان انساني؛ حقوق اقتصادي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي از طريق بازنمايي كنش هاي گفتاري و عملي شخصيت رند، قابل تامل بوده است. در مجموع رندآفريني حافظ در ديوان غزليات، تلاشي انتقادي و اعتراضي براي برجسته كردن محروميت هاي مرتبط با حقوق بشر در جامعه ايراني و افزودن بر گستره شناخت و بينش مردم تحت ستم بوده است. همچنين، از اين طريق، دوگانه «خودي/ بيگانه» در كليت ساختار سياسي جامعه ايراني تشريح و برجسته سازي شده است.

In the mirror of the Divan of Ghazals, Hafez, while addressing lyrical, romantic, mystical, etc. issues, has also spoken about political and social issues, especially human rights. In various verses, he has repeatedly protested against the shortcomings of human rights and called on his audience to observe it directly and indirectly. To achieve this goal, Hafez has made innovations, including the development of Rand's personality. The main issue of the present study, which is based on library resources and comparative methods, is to examine Hafez's human rights motives for addressing Rand's character in order to answer the question, what human rights did the poet refer to in this way? The main hypothesis of the research is based on the principle that Hafez focuses on important concepts such as: equality and social justice; Personal and social security; Political, public and psychological freedoms; Human dignity; Economic, social, and cultural rights have been contemplated by representing Rand's verbal and practical actions. Overall, Hafez's creation in the Divan of Ghazals has been a critical and protest attempt to highlight the human rights-related deprivations in Iranian society and to increase the scope of knowledge and insight of the oppressed people. Also, in this way, the dual "insider / foreigner" is described and highlighted in the whole political structure of Iranian society.
