شناسايي موانع ارتباط دانشكده‌هاي علوم ورزشي با مراكز رشد و پارك‌هاي علم و فناوري در ايران

Identifying Barriers of communication Between Faculty of Sport Sciences with Incubator Centers and Science & Technology Parks in Iran

حركت دانشگاه‌هاي آموزش‌محور به سمت دانشگاه‌هاي كارآفرين، با ايدة تجاري‌سازي دانش به شكل‌گيري مراكز رشد و پارك‌هاي علم و فناوري منجر شده است؛ اما آنچه مغفول مانده، جايگاه علوم ورزشي در اين مراكز است. هدف تحقيق شناسايي موانع ارتباط دانشكده‌هاي علوم ورزشي با مراكز رشد و پارك‌هاي علم و فناوري است. روش تحقيق، كيفي است و گردآوري داده‌ها با مصاحبه و بررسي پيشينة تحقيق انجام گرفت. جامعة تحقيق را رؤسا و اعضاي هيأت ‌علمي علوم ورزشي كشور، رؤساي مراكز رشد و كارآفريني دانشگاه‌هاي داراي دانشكدة علوم ورزشي، رؤساي پارك‌هاي علم و فناوري و ديگر مسئولان مرتبط با تحقيق بودند. نمونة تحقيق به‌صورت نظري تعيين و پس از انجام 19 مصاحبه موانع ارتباط بين دانشكده‌هاي علوم ورزشي با مراكز رشد و پارك‌هاي علم و فناوري شناسايي شد. تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از سه مرحلة كدگذاري باز، محوري و انتخابي انجام گرفت. يافته‌ها نشان ‌داد كه 8 مقولة اصلي تحت عناوين ضعف ساختاري، ضعف هنجاري، ضعف امكانات، ضعف آموزشي، عدم درك ظرفيت‌هاي كارآفرينانه در ورزش (ضعف حمايتي)، دست‌كم گرفتن ايده‌هاي دانشجويان علوم ورزشي، بي‌توجهي به منابع فرصت و ضعف رواني- نگرشي دانشجويان علوم ورزشي در راستاي شناسايي موانع ارتباط بين دانشكده‌هاي علوم ورزشي با مراكز رشد و پارك‌هاي علم و فناوري به دست آمد كه هر كدام به زيرمجموعه‌هاي ديگري تقسيم مي‌شوند. ازاين‌رو به رؤساي دانشگاه‌ها و دانشكده‌هاي علوم ورزشي پيشنهاد مي‌شود با بررسي اين موانع، برنامة راهبردي به‌منظور رفع آنها را در دستور كار خود قرار دهند تا شاهد شكوفايي ايده و نوآوري‌هاي دانشجويان رشتة علوم ورزشي و ايجاد اشتغال براي آنان باشيم و بتوانيم از قابليت‌هاي بي‌شمار اين رشتة تحصيلي در جهت رفع نيازهاي جامعه استفاده كنيم.

Today, the movement of education-based universities towards entrepreneurial universities, with the idea of turning theory into practice and commercialization of knowledge, has led to the establishment of Incubator centers and science and technology parks. The aim of this research was to identify barriers to the relationship between the Faculty of physical education and sports of the country with growth centers and science and technology parks. The method of this research was qualitative in terms of data collection and the data were collected through interview and research background, Research community included head of the Faculty and faculty members of the School of Physical Education and Sport Sciences in Iran, Heads of Incubator and entrepreneurship centers at universities that have Faculty of Physical Education college, and other relevant authorities to investigate. Data analysis was conducted through three coding levels of open axial, and selective. The findings showed that the­ 8 ­main categories under the­heading­ of­ structural weakness, normative weakness, weakness­ of facilities, educational weakness, lack of understanding ­of ­entrepreneurial ­capacities ­in underestimation of students of sports science, lack of attention to resources of opportunity and weakness Psychosocial attitude of students of sport sciences were identified as barriers to the relationship between science and sports college with The Incubation Centers and science and technology parks. That each of­ which is subdivided into­ other subsets. Therefore, it is suggested to the heads of universities and colleges of sport sciences to study these obstacles and plan a strategic plan to solve them in order to witness the flourishing of the ideas and innovations of the students of the field of science Sports and create employment for them, and we can use countless possibilities of this field to meet the needs of the community.
