تربيت تشكيلاتي در شجره صالحين كودكان شهرستان دزفول: اقدامها و موانع

Educational organization in the pedigree of the right children of Dezful city: actions and obstacles

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحليل برنامه ها و موانع تربيت تشكيلاتي در شجره صالحين كودكان شهرستان دزفول در سال 1396 است. روش گردآوري در اين پژوهش در سنت كيفي، با استفاده از مصاحبه ي نيمه ساختمند است. نمونه ها عبارت است از سرگروه ها و مربيان سه مسجد نمونه ي شهرستان دزفول در امر صالحين: مسجد شهيد مسعود توتونچي، رسول اعظم (ص) و ثارالله (ع). نمونه گيري به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شد. همچنين با بهره گيري از روش تحليل مضمون براي تحليل داده هاي به دست آمده در مصاحبه ها، به استخراج برنامه ها و موانع تربيت تشكيلاتي در حلقات صالحين كودكان شهرستان دزفول، پرداخته شد. بر اساس يافته هاي پژوهش، نمونه اي از برنامه هاي اين حلقات براي تربيت تشكيلاتي كودكان عبارت است از: برگزاري جلسات اخلاق نظري تشكيلاتي در حلقات شهرستان دزفول، بازي هاي سازنده اخلاق تشكيلاتي، تذكرهاي تشكيلاتي در روابط روزانه متربيان با ديگران و مسيوليت پذير كردن متربيان در حلقات شهرستان از طريق نقشدهي به آن ها. لكن نتايج حاكي از آن است كه موانعي نيز در اين مسير وجود دارد كه برخي از آن ها عبارت اند از: وجود الگوهاي نامناسب براي متربيان در شهرستان دزفول، تربيت خانوادگي، تصورات غير صحيح خانواده ها و كمبود بودجه و امكانات.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the plans and barriers of organizational education in the pedigree of the children of Dezful city in 1396. The method of collecting this research in a qualitative tradition is based on a semi-structured interview. Examples include the heads and coaches of three mosques in the city of Dezful, in the authority of the righteous: the martyr Mas'ud Totouchuni, the Prophet of'Azam (PBUH) and Sarallah (AS). Sampling was selected purposefully. Also using the method of analysis for analyzing the data obtained in the interviews, we extracted the plans and barriers of organizational education in the righteous circles of children of Dezful city. According to the findings of the research, an example of these programs for the organization of children's education is the organization of organizational theoretical ethics in the cities of Dezful, the organizational games ethical games, organizational reminders in the daily relations of the handlers with others and the responsibility of the handlers in the city circles through Schedule them. However, the results indicate that there are some obstacles in this direction, some of which are: the existence of inappropriate patterns for teachers in Dezful, family education, incorrect family imagery and lack of funding and facilities.
