چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف ﮐﻠﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، اراﺋﻪ ﻣﺪل رﻫﺒﺮي اﺻﯿﻞ در داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﮐﻼن ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﯾﮏ ﺑﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ )ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و ﮐﻤﯽ( ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣـﺎري آن را در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ، اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﮐﻼن ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﯾﮏ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 14ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ و ﺑﺎ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ اﺷﺒﺎع ﻧﻈﺮي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﻣﻌﺎوﻧﯿﻦ واﺣﺪﻫﺎ، داﻧﺸﮑﺪهﻫﺎ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎ و اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ ﻫﯿﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﮐﻼن ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﯾﮏ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌـﺪاد 1851 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽدادﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺗﻌﺪاد 320 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺑـﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس واﺣﺪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺑـﺮاي ﮔـﺮدآوري داده ﻫـﺎ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد رﻫﺒﺮي اﺻﯿﻞ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔـﯽ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن رﻫﺒﺮي اﺻﯿﻞ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ در ﺑﺨـﺶ ﮐﻤـﯽ ﭘﺮﺳـﺶ ﻧﺎﻣـﻪ ﻣﺤﻘـﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ رﻫﺒﺮي اﺻﯿﻞ داراي 91 ﺳﻮال و 2 ﺑﻌﺪ »ﻓﺮدي و ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ « اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﺷـﺪ. رواﯾـﯽ ﺻـﻮري و ﻣﺤﺘـﻮاﯾﯽ اﺑﺰارﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ اﺳﺘﺎد راﻫﻨﻤﺎ و ﻣﺸﺎور رﺳﯿﺪ .ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿـﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔـﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒـﺎخ ﺑـﺎﻻي 0/7 ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮنﻫـﺎي ﺗﺤﻠﯿـﻞ ﻋـﺎﻣﻠﯽ اﮐﺘﺸـﺎﻓﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺪل رﻫﺒﺮي اﺻﯿﻞ در داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎي ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﮐـﻼن ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﯾﮏ داراي دو ﺑﻌﺪ )ﻓﺮدي و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ( اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻌﺪ ﻓﺮدي داراي ﺳﻪ ﻣﻮﻟﻔـﻪ )وﯾﮋﮔـﯽ ﻫـﺎي رﻫﺒـﺮان اﺻـ ﯿﻞ، ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي رﻫﺒﺮان اﺻﯿﻞ و رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي رﻫﺒﺮان اﺻﯿﻞ( و ﺑﻌﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ داراي ﺳﻪ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ )ﻧﻘﺶ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري رﻫﺒـﺮان اﺻﯿﻞ، ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ رﻫﺒﺮان اﺻﯿﻞ و ﻧﻘﺶ زﻣﯿﻨﻪاي رﻫﺒﺮان اﺻﯿﻞ( ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷ
چكيده لاتين :
The overall goal of the study was to provide a genuine leadership model in the major universities of medical sciences in Region One. In terms of purpose, this research is an application that was done with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) with exploratory design. In the qualitative section, the statistical population was selected as 14 professors of the first major universities of medical sciences in the first region by purposeful sampling method and considering the law of saturation. The faculty of the Greater University of Medical Sciences in District One numbered 1,851, of which 320 were selected based on the Cochran's formula. Sampling was performed using stratified random sampling method based on academic unit. To collect data in the qualitative section, a semi-structured interview was used to identify the dimensions of genuine leadership. The qualitative result is the production of a questionnaire of genuine leadership experts. In order to collect the data, in the quantitative part of the questionnaire, the researcher made the original leadership with 91 questions and 2 dimensions of "individual and organizational" were used. Experimental factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the model of genuine leadership in the universities of macro-medical sciences of region one has two dimensions (individual and organizational). Both individually and organizationally, there are three components.
