چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﻣﺜﺒﺖ اﻧﺪﯾﺸﯽ ﺑـﺮ ﮐـﺎﻫﺶ اﺿـﻄﺮاب داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن دﺧﺘﺮ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد واﺣﺪ ﺳﺒﺰاور ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻋﺒﺎرت اﺳـﺖ از ﮐﻠﯿـﻪ داﻧﺸـﺠﻮﯾﺎن دﺧﺘﺮ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد واﺣﺪ ﺳﺒﺰوار در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 96-97 ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 30 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد ﮐـﻪ ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ
ﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ)15 ﻧﻔﺮ( و ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘـﺮل )15 ﻧﻔـﺮ ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺿﻄﺮاب ﺑﮏ و ﺑﺴﺘﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫـﺎي ﻣﺜﺒـﺖ اﻧﺪﯾﺸﯽ ﮐﻪ در 9 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ﯾﮏ و ﻧﯿﻢ ﺳﺎﻋﺘﻪ ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻫﺎي آﻣـﺎ ري ﻧﺸـﺎن داد، آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﻣﺜﺒﺖ اﻧﺪﯾﺸﯽ ﺑـﺎ اﻧـﺪازه اﺛـﺮ 0/13 ﻣﯿـﺰان اﺿـﻄﺮاب داﻧﺸـﺠﻮﯾﺎن را ﮐـﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ وﺟﻮد ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﻣﺜﺒﺖ اﻧﺪﯾﺸـﯽ ﺑـﺮ ﮐـﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﯿـﺰان اﺿﻄﺮاب ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد )p<0/05(. در ﭘﺎﯾﺎن ﺟﻠﺴﺎت درﻣﺎن، داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن در ﻫـﺮ دو ﮔـﺮوه ﯾـﺎد ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨـﺪ ﺑﺮاي دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮاﺳﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺧﻮد، ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ از آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻻﻧﻪ اي را اﻧﺘﺨـﺎب ﮐﻨﻨـﺪ ﮐـﻪ ﺿﻤﻦ ﺣﻔﻆ اﺻﻮل اﺧﻼﻗﯽ و ﺑﺎ ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮي اﻗﺪاﻣﺎت ﺧﻮش ﺑﯿﻨﺎﻧﻪ، ﺻﺤﯿﺢ و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻻﻧﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﺧﻮاﺳـﺘﻪ ﻫـﺎي ﺧﻮد ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺮﺳﻨﺪ. آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﻣﺜﺒﺖ اﻧﺪﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﻮﺟﻮد آﻣﺪن ﺟﻮ ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺘﯽ و اﯾﻤﻦ ﻣﯽ ﺷـﻮد ﮐـﻪ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن اﺣﺴﺎس ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪن و اﻣﻨﯿﺖ رواﻧﯽ-ﻋﺎﻃﻔﯽ را ﻣـﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨـﺪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑـﻪ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨـﺪ ﮐـﻪ اﯾـﻦ اﻣـﺮ ﺎزﮔﺎري ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ و ﺗﻌﺎرض ﻫﺎي ﮐﻤﺘﺮ را ﺑﻪ ارﻣﻐﺎن ﻣﯽ آورد.
چكيده لاتين :
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of teaching positive thinking skills on reducing anxiety among female students of Sabzevar University of darzas. Method: The study population consisted of all female students of Azad university of Sabzevar Branch in the academic year of 97-96, including 30 people who were selected using purposeful sampling. They were randomly assigned to experimental group (15) and control group (15 People) was replaced. Beck Anxiety Inventory and Positive Thinking Training Package, which was set up in 9 sessions of one and a half hours, was used to collect data. Results: The results of statistical analysis indicated that teaching positive thinking skills with an effect size of 0.18 would reduce the students' anxiety level. Therefore, there is a significant difference between the effect of teaching positive thinking skills on reducing anxiety level (p <0.05). Conclusion: At the end of the treatment sessions, students learned in both groups to choose their own behaviors in order to attain their demands, each of whom should choose responsible behaviors that while maintaining ethical principles and applying optimistic, correct and responsible actions to Your wishes are also met. Teaching positive thinking skills creates a supportive and safe environment where students can experience the feeling of acceptance and psychosocial security, which brings greater compatibility and less conflicts.
