رتبه‌بندي مناطق دهگانه كلانشهر تبريز بر اساس شاخص‌هاي شهر خلاق

Ranking of the ten districts of Tabriz metropolis based on the indicators of the creative city

امروزه با توجه به رشد سريع جوامع شهري و پيچيده­تر شدن مسائل شهري، نقش استفاده از شيوه ­هاي جديد برنامه ­ريزي و مديريت شهري بيش از هر زماني ديگر مهم جلوه مي ­نمايد. در اين رابطه ايده شهر خلاق يكي از بحث­هاي جديدي مي­باشد كه مي­تواند شهرها را به سوي رشد و توسعه پايدار سوق دهد. شهر خلاق قادر است تا شهرها را از بن­ بست­هاي مديريتي و كالبدي موجود رهايي بخشيده و آنها را تبديل به مكاني جهت شكوفايي استعدادها و بروز انواع نوآوري­ها گرداند. با توجه به اهميت بكارگيري شيوه ­هاي نوين در امر برنامه ­ريزي و مديريت شهري، پژوهش حاضر اقدام به ارزيابي و اولويت ­بندي مناطق دهگانه كلانشهر تبريز بر اساس شاخص­هاي شهر خلاق نموده است تا نتايج حاصل بتواند پاسخگوي نيازها و نارسايي­هاي موجود در اين شهر باشد. نوع تحقيق حاضر، كاربردي و روش بررسي آن توصيفي ـ تحليلي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش نيز شامل كل ساكنان كلانشهر تبريز برابر با 1.593.373 نفر مي­باشد و بر اساس فرمول كوكران تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده­ها از آزمون­هاي تي تك نمونه­اي، كروسكال واليس، ميانگين و كاي اسكوئر استفاده شده و به منظور رتبه­بندي مناطق شهر تبريز از مدل تصميم­گيري چند معياره SAW استفاده گرديده است. نتايج به دست آمده از آزمون SAW نشان مي­دهد وضعيت شاخص­هاي سرزندگي فضاي شهري و مشاركت بهتر از ساير شاخص­هاي شهر خلاق است. همچنين، منطقه 2 شهر تبريز با نمره نهايي 0/171، در رتبه­ اول و منطقه 7 با نمره نهايي 0/074 در رتبه­ هاي آخر از نظر شاخص­هاي شهر خلاق در بين مناطق دهگانه كلانشهر تبريز قرار گرفته‌اند.

Today, due to the rapid growth of urban communities and the complexity of its problems, the role of using new methods of urban management is more important than ever. In this regard, the idea of a creative city is one of the new debates that can lead cities to sustainable development. This idea is able to free cities from existing deadlocks and turn them into a place for talent to flourish and innovate. In this regard, the present study has evaluated and prioritized the ten districts of Tabriz metropolis based on the indicators of the creative city so that the results can meet the needs and shortcomings of this city. The type of research is applied and its research method is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of the study includes the total population of Tabriz metropolis equal to 1,593,373 people and based on Cochran's formula, 384 people were selected as a statistical sample. To analyze the data, one-sample t-test, Kruskal-Wallis, mean and Chi-square tests were used and in order to rank the regions of Tabriz, the SAW multi-criteria decision model was used.The results of the SAW test show that the status of urban space vitality and participation indicators is better than other indicators of the creative city. Also, region 2 of Tabriz with a final score of 0.171 is in the first place and region 7 with a final score of 0.074 is in the last ranks in terms of creative city indicators among the ten regions of Tabriz metropolis.
