The Competencies Required By The University To Help Achieve The Goals Of The Second Step Of The Revolution

هدف: هدف اين مقاله شناسايي قابليتهاي مورد نياز دانشگاهها براي كمك به تحقق اهداف گام دوم انقلاب بود. روش: در اين پژوهش از روش تحليل محتواي كيفي استفاده شد؛ زيرا داده‌هاي كيفي تصويري طبيعي‌تر و واقع‌گرايانه‌تر نسبت به داده‌هاي كمّي و عددي ترسيم مي‌كنند. در اين پژوهش، 29 نفر از متخصصان به عنوان مصاحبه‌شونده انتخاب شدند. فرايند نمونه‌گيري تا اشباع نظري داده‌ها ادامه يافت. ابزار پژوهش، مصاحبۀ نيم‌ساختاريافته بود. براي اطمينان از اعتبار داده‌ها، از روشهاي مختلفي مانند بررسي مستمر داده‌ها، تحليل همزمان با گردآوري داده‌ها، بازخورد به مصاحبه‌شوندگان، تخصيص زمان لازم و بازنگري ناظري استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: قابليتهاي مورد نياز دانشگاهها براي كمك به تحقق اهداف گام دوم انقلاب عبارتند از: تجلي‌بخش فرهنگ اسلامي، دانش‌بنيان و يادگيرنده، ارائه‌دهندۀ راه حل، نوآور، نيروي انساني توانمند شده، تعامل و شراكت سازنده، برخوردار از فنّاوري پيشرفته، پيشتاز در مرزهاي دانش و فنّاوري؛ تربيت دانش‌آموختگان با صلاحيت. نتيجه‌گيري: دانشگاهها براي كمك به تحقق اهداف گام دوم انقلاب، بايد خود را به اين قابليتها مجهز كنند.

Objectives: The aim of this study is to answer the following question: what are competencies required of Iranian universities in the second step of the revolution. Method: The method of the present research is qualitative content analysis and 29 people were selected by Snowball sampling. The process of selecting samples and collecting data continued until the theoretical saturation of the data. The research tool was semi-structured interview. Various methods were used to ensure the validity of the data, such as continuous data review, simultaneous data analysis, feedback to the interviewees, adequate time allocation and observer review. Results: The results of the research defined the universities competencies as follow : Islamic identity; Knowledge-based and Learner; Innovation and Intelligence ;having constructive interaction; advanced in technology; Empowered workforce; Leader in science and technology; graduate educated in knowledge–rich environment.Conclusion: Universities must acquire these competencies in order to achieve goals of the second step of the revolution.
