رهنمودهاي روش‌شناسي رئاليسم انتقادي براي پژوهش‌هاي مديريت دانش: مطالعه‌اي بر اساس روش‌شناسي دلالت‌پژوهي

Critical Realism Epistemology guidelines for Knowledge Management Research; a research based on methodology of implication-research studies

يكي از روش‌هاي بسيار معمول در رشته‌هاي مختلف علوم انساني، طبيعي، اجتماعي و هنر وام گرفتن ايده‌ها، مدل‌ها و رهنمودهايي از ساير رشته‌ها و مكاتب است كه با هدف بسط و تدقيق مخزن دانشي صورت مي‌پذيرد. هرچه رشته‌ايي از غناي ذاتي و ويژگي فلسفي بيشتري برخوردار باشد، بهره‌ي ساير رشته‌ها از آن رو به فزوني مي‌رود. در اين مسير، رئاليسم انتقادي به مبدأ فلسفي فراگيري تبديل شده كه رشته‌هاي مختلف براي افزودن به غناي دانشي خود از آن وام مي‌گيرند. نوشتار حاضر با هدف بررسي دلالت‌هاي روش‌شناختي رئاليسم انتقادي، با ابتناي بيشتر بر ديدگاه‌هاي روي بسكار، براي مديريت دانش تنظيم شده است. اما روشي كه براي اين منظور برگزيده شده، روشي با نام دلالت‌پژوهي است كه تاكنون چند رساله‌ي دانشگاهي بر مبناي آن به رشته‌ي تحرير درآمده است. مباحث اين مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كه رئاليسم انتقادي در حوزه‌ي روش‌شناسي براي مديريت دانش سهم‌ياري‌هايي جدي دارد كه پيامد آن دلالت‌هاي قابل توجهي براي اين رشته است. از سويي، اين مقاله مي‌تواند به‌عنوان الگويي براي بررسي‌هاي دلالت‌پژوهانه چه در چارچوب رئاليسم انتقادي و چه ساير مكاتب فلسفي، به‌شمار آيد.

It's quite common that various academic disciplines such as humanities, natural sciences, social sciences and arts borrow theories ideas, models and guidelines from other disciplines and schools to make their knowledge repository more precious The more intrinsic richness and philosophical features a discipline has, the more the interest of other disciplines increases. In this regard, Critical Realism has become a pervasive philosophical source that others can borrow and take from to add to their knowledge richness. The purpose of this study is to identify and extract methodological implications of CR, mostly based on Bhaskar's version. There is focus on Knowledge Management which is explored through the knowledge cycle, based on Nonaka's view. The research is conducted using the Implication Research Method; a novel method that has been used in some academic theses. This article shows CR in the field of methodology has serious contributions to knowledge management, which results in significant implications for the field. Additionally, this article can be considered as a model of an Implication Research investigation, as well as other philosophical schools.
