چكيده فارسي :
دفاع در برابر تهاجم احتمالي يك قدرت ناهمتراز، لجام گسيخته و بهره مند از فناوري فوق‌پيشرفته، دغدغه اصلي همه انديشمندان و فرماندهان نظامي‌كشورهاي جبهه مقاومت است. برهمين‌اساس در ديدگاه آنان، تقويت توانمندي‌هاي نيروهاي مسلح با بهرهمندي ازمولفه‌هاي قدرت ملي، پيشينه افتخارآميز و بي‌نظير دوران دفاع مقدس و با درنظر گرفتن الزامات مبتني بر اقتضائات وم تكي بر انديشه‌ورزي، هوشمندي و عمليات اثربخش ضرورتي انكارناپذير است. با توجه به نقش سازمان و سازماندهي در كارايي و اثربخشي سازمان‌هاي نظامي، پرداختن به اين مقوله از اهميت به‌سزائي برخوردار است.
در اين مقاله ضمن بررسي ادبيات نظرات خبرگان نظامي، موضوع اخذ و سپس از طريق روش دلفي تلاش براي اجماع نظرات بهعمل آمد و در پايان نتايج پژوهش، تحليل و ارائه شد. براساس يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق، سازمان اثربخش و نيز سازمان و سازماندهي بايد امكان تمركز توانائي‌هاي خودي را روي نقاط ضعف محوري دشمن فراهم كند و در اين زمينه بايد بر اساس نگرش سيستمي‌و حسب مورد اقتضائي و متكي بر عناصر قدرت ملي طراحي شود و همچنين ضروري است تا سازمان و سازماندهي به‌صورت سلولي، چابك، منعطف و حسب مورد تخصصي (تك‌منظوره) و يا چندمنظوره باشد.
