ايجاد امنيت فردي و اجتماعي( حكمراني امنيتي) مي‌تواند در جوامع مختلف ـ مبتني‌بر تفكرات حاكم بر آن مجموعه، داراي رويكردهاي متفاوتي باشد. بنابراين، وقوف بر «مرجع امنيت» يكي از مسايل اصلي حكمراني براي اعمال امنيت پايدار است. حكمراني درمكتب امنيتي انقلاب اسلامي ‌براساس مباني توحيدي و انسان‌شناسي مبتني‌بر آن استوار است؛ اين مكتب قائل به اين است كه اگر انسان‌ها و جامعه اسلامي، ايمان اسلامي‌را همراه با عمل تعقيب كنند از رفاه، آرامش وامنيت همراه با تكامل و پيشرفت و عروج معنوي و نورانيت و لذات روحي برخوردار خواهند شد. براين اساس لازم است، مباني و اصول حكمراني امنيتي را معين كرد كه با اتكاء بدان مي‌توان نسبت به ايجاد نظام وساختار متناسب براي نيل به امنيت همه‌جانبه مبتني‌بر «ايمان» اقدام كرد. دراين مقاله به اين موضوع پرداخته شده است. نحوه گردآوري داده­ها مبتني‌بر روش مطالعه اسنادي و كتابخانه­اي است كه با استفاده از روش تحليل توصيفي و استفاده از ديدگاه صاحبنظران حوزه حكمراني امنيتي، يافته‌ها مورد تجزيه وتحليل قرار گرفته و نتيجه گيري شده است. اين مقاله با استناد به مطالعه اسنادي و توصيفي و با تكيه بر مكتب انقلاب اسلامي‌و بر اساس اصول و مباني اسلام ناب محمدي به‌دنبال آن است كه نشان دهد حكمراني امنيتي كه بر اساس جهان‌بيني توحيدي بنا نهاده شده، متفاوت از مكاتب امنيتي متأثر از اومانيسم و... است و مبتني‌بر توحيد و ولايت استوار بوده و اساس آن بر ايمان و عدالت است.
