تحليلي بر مولفه‌هاي موثر در كيفيت زندگي ساكنان محلات فرودست شهري مورد پژوهي: محله‌ي جعفرآباد و دولت‌آباد شهر كرمانشاه

Analysis of effective factors in the quality of life of resident’s urban poor Neighborhoods Case study: Jafarabad and Dolatabad neighborhoods of Kermanshah

بدون شك يكي از اصلي‌ترين دگرگوني‌ها در عرصه برنامه ريزي شهري ايجاد و ارتقاء كيفيت زندگي در محيط‌هاي شهري مي‌باشد. باتوجه به اينكه هدف نهايي تمامي نظريه‌ها و جنبش‌ها و مديران و برنامه‌ريزان در حوزه مسائل شهري معطوف به بهبود كيفيت زندگي شهرندان است، درك و شناخت عوامل موثر بر كيفيت زندگي شهروندان و چگونگي سنجش آن در محلات شهري به ويژه محلات فرودست داراي اهميت است. افزون بر آن درك پيچيدگي‌هاي سكونتگاه‌هاي خود انگيخته و شناخت ابعاد مختلف اجتماعي، اقتصادي، فرهنگي و رواني محيط زندگي و كالبد آن در جهت ارائه راه‌حل و برنامه‌هاي علمي و عملي به مديران شهري از جمله ضرورت‌هاي اساسي است كه مطالعه كيفيت زندگي در اين سكونتگاه‌ها را اجتناب ناپذير مي‌سازد. بنابراين پژوهش پيش رو به بررسي مولفه‌هاي موثر بر ابعاد كيفيت زندگي در سكونتگاه‌هاي خودانگيخته در محلات مورد پژوهش پرداخته است. جهت تحليل مولفه‌ها با استفاده از مطالعات ميداني و براساس فرمول كوكران اقدام به توزيع پرسش‌نامه در ميان ساكنان محله‌هاي مورد پژوهش نموده است. جهت تحليل يافته‌ها از آزمون T، رگرسيون و تحليل مسير استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل از تحليل داده‌ها گوياي آن است كه كيفيت زندگي در سطح دو محله از نظر ساكنان متفاوت مي‌باشد. همچنين مولفه‌ها مورد پژوهش نيز متفاوت مي‌باشند. در بررسي مولفه‌هاي ذهني بر كيفيت زندگي مولفه‌هاي حس تعلق و بهزيستي ذهني و در مولفه عيني، شاخص اجتماعي بيشتر تاثير بر كيفيت زندگي در محلات داشته است.

Undoubtedly, one of the most important changes in urban planning is the creation and improvement of the quality of life in urban environments. Accordingly, considering that the ultimate goal of all theories and movements, scholars and politicians in the field of urban affairs is to improve the quality of life of the townspeople, Understanding and recognizing factors affecting the quality of life of citizens and how to measure them in neighborhoods, especially informal settlements, as well as understanding the complexities of self-propagating settlements and recognizing the various dimensions of social, economic, cultural and psychological life and its physical environment. In order to provide solutions and scientific and practical programs to urban managers, it is essential to study the quality of life in these settlements inevitable. Therefore, this research studies the factors affecting the quality of life in spontaneous settlements in the studied areas. To analyze the components, using field studies and according to Cochran formula, the questionnaire was distributed among residents of the studied neighborhoods. The results of data analysis indicate that quality of life is different in the two neighborhoods. In the study of factors affecting the quality of life, components of sense of belonging, social and mental well-being can have a greater impact on the quality of life in these neighborhoods. Economic components, safety, and security, facilities and services have indirectly affected the quality of life, respectively.
