شناخت و تحليل دگرديسي ساختار فضايي صنعت و نظام جريانات موثر در منطقه البرز جنوبي (با تاكيد بر جابجايي كاميون كالا)

Recognizing and analysis and of industry spatial structure change and effective flow system on South Alborz Region (with emphasis on commodity truck movement)

فضا محصول كنش متقابل نيروهاي مختلف و پيچيده‌اي است كه به عنوان يك معلول ماحصل علل اجتماعي، اقتصادي، سياسي و طبيعي است. بدون شك فضا در هر بستر اقتصادي، سياسي، اجتماعي و طبيعي الگويي متفاوت و مختص به خود را به نمايش مي‌گذارد. تغييرات سازمان و ساختار فضايي منطقه در ماتريس فضايي هر محدوده سرزميني متاثر از نيروهاي متعدد و متكثري است كه گاهاً به صورت اوليه و ثانويه شكل مي‌يابد. بدون شك يكي از اهرم‌هاي تغيير در ساختار فضايي و نيز سازمان فضايي جريان در هر منطقه، الگوهاي فعاليتي به ويژه پراكنش صنعت در آن محدوده است. آنچه در اين مقاله به عنوان موضوع اصلي مورد توجه قرار گرفته است تحليل سيماي دگرديسي ساختار فضايي صنعت در راستاي تحليل نظام جريانات موثر در منطقه البرز جنوبي است. در اين راستا انواع آزمون‌هاي K-Reply، Global Moran، Standard Deviational Ellipse، و ... در نرم افزار Arc GIS و نيز آزمون‌هاي آماري تحليل Centrality، Betweenness، Density، Core-Periphery، Closeness،از نرم افزار UCINET و نرم افزار NET DRAW با هدف بررسي سازمان فضايي جريان‌ها استفاده شده است. عموم بررسي‌هاي صورت گرفته در خصوص الگوي دو نوع ساختار و سازمان فضايي نشان از تمركز تهران است اما تغيير فاحش در تغييرات تدريجي سيماي منطقه حكايت از دگرديسي ساختار فضايي به تبعيت از سازمان فضايي است. به طور كلي مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت هر فرم جغرافيايي در نتيجه سهم عوامل مختلف سيماي متفاوتي را به نمايش مي‌گذارد. لذا در اين رابطه ما با مكانيزم‌هاي اوليه و مكانيزم‌هاي تشديدكننده مواجه هستيم كه در آن جريان و شبكه به مراتب در شكل‌يابي ساختار فضايي نقش ايفا مي‌كند. اين موضوع تا حد بالايي با چرخه انباشت و يا تشكيل سرمايه در ارتباط نزديك است.

Space is a product of complex and different interactive forces influenced by social, economic, political and natural causes. In different economic, political, social and natural situations, space has a distinct and different pattern. Changes in the structure and organization of the spatial matrix of every territorial region is affected by different and multiple forces that emerge as firstly and secondary changes. Obviously, one of the change levers affecting the spatial structure and organization of the currents in a region is the activity pattern in that region, especially industry distribution. The focus of this paper is on the analysis and recognition of the changes in the spatial structure of industry and the system of the currents affecting it in South Alborz District, with an emphasis on commodity transport trucks movements. Therefore, Standard Deviational Ellipse, Global Moran, K-Reply, and … tests were used in Arc GIS software and centrality, betweenness, density, core-periphery and closeness statistical analysis tests were used in UCINET and NET DRAW software to analyze the spatial organization of the currents. The whole analysis showed that Tehran is the main city in the region with a mono-centric regional structure. However, gradual and incremental changes have also happened in recent years indicating the change of the spatial structure of the city in adaptation to its spatial organization.
