فرهنگ‌واره لغات و تركيبات عربي شاهنامه، آخرين پژوهش جامع و دقيق و عالمانه درباره شناخت، معرفي و ريشه‌شناسي و تبارشناسي واژه ­هاي عربي و معرّب شاهنامه به شمار مي­رود كه دكتر سجاد آيدنلو آن را بر اساس ويرايش دوم تصحيح شاهنامه خالقي مطلق (1393)، يعني معتبرترين تصحيح و نزديك‌ترين آنها به صورت اصلي سروده‌هاي حكيم توس، تأليف كرده است. كتاب نسبت به آثار مشابه امتيازهاي برجسته­اي دارد كه در متن مقاله توضيح داده شده است، امّا در پاره­اي مواضع در تشخيص واژه­هاي عربي و تفكيك آنها از كلمات ديگر شاخه­ هاي زبان­هاي سامي و همچنين تمييز واژه‌هاي معرّب از عربي دقّت لازم به عمل نيامده­ است. نوشتار زير به‌نوعي بازنگري در ريشه و تبار پاره­اي از لغات و تركيبات عربي و واژه­هاي معرّب شاهنامه و تعيين جايگاه آن لغات در بخش مربوط به خود است.

The latest comprehensive and detailed research on the recognition, description, and the etymology of the Arabic lexicon of Shahnameh is the dictionary of Arabic words and Expressions of Shahnameh, written by Dr. Sajjad Aydanlou. This book is based on the second edition of the Correction of the Khaleghi Motlagh Shahnameh (1393) which is the most authoritative correction and the closest to the original form of Ferdowsi’s poems. The book has several advantages over other similar publications in this field, which are described in the article. However, there are several mistakes in the recognition of the Arabic words, their difference from other words in branches of Sami languages ​​as well as the distinction of Arabic words from Mu'arrab words. The following is a revision and review of the roots and the etymology of a fraction of the Arabic words and combinations, and the Mu’arrab words of Shahnameh in an attempt to determine the justified position of those words.
