Explanation and Classification of Effective Strategic Factors on the Political Management of the Geographical Space of Arak Township using AHP Method

چيدمان فضايي عناصر سازمان فضايي در صورتي به توسعه پايدار منجر خواهد شد كه سه جزء اصلي محيط زيست، رشد اقتصادي و توسعه اجتماعي با تاكيد بر انسان‌محوري در آن مد نظر قرار گرفته باشد. به‌منظور شناسايي عدم تعادل‌ها در پراكنش فضايي، بهره‌گيري از روش‌هاي مناسب كه توانايي تركيب شاخص‌هاي گوناگون را در سازمان فضايي داشته باشد حايز اهميت است. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش در مرحله اول تبيين عوامل استراتژيك تاثيرگذار بر مديريت سياسي فضاي جغرافيايي شهرستان اراك از طريق مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني و در مرحله دوم سطح‌بندي اين عوامل براساس اهميت و ميزان تاثير‌گذاري‌شان توسط روش تحليل سلسله‌مراتبي (AHP) جهت مديريت اصولي فضاي جغرافيايي شهرستان اراك است. نوع تحقيق براساس هدف كاربردي توسعه‌اي و براساس ماهيت و روش، توصيفي است. روش تحقيق اين پژوهش توصيفي- تحليلي است و براي گردآوري اطلاعات از منابع كتابخانه‌اي، اينترنتي و مصاحبه استفاده شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل يافته‌هاي پرسش‌نامه‌اي روش AHP، و براي وزن‌دهي عوامل نرم‌افزار 11 EXPERT CHOICE كه نرم‌افزاري تخصصي براي تجزيه و تحليل فرآيند سلسله‌مراتبي است، به كار رفتند. بعد از تعيين اهميت هر يك از عوامل، وجود زمينه‌هاي مناسب توسعه بازرگاني با وجود پايانه‌هاي بار و مسافر و گمرك و سايت نمايشگاهي بين‌المللي در اراك، بهره‌برداري ناپايدار و بيش از ظرفيت منابع، وجود بازارهاي هدف به‌ويژه در كشورهاي همسايه، نابه‌ساماني بازار و نابه‌هنگام‌بودن برخي سياست‌هاي حمايت از توليدات بخش كشاورزي به‌عنوان مهم‌ترين عوامل داخلي و خارجي شهرستان شناخته شدند.

Aims The spatial arrangement of the elements of the spatial organization will lead to sustainable development, if it considers three main components of the environment, economic growth, and social development, with emphasis on human-centeredness. In order to identify imbalances and balances in spatial distribution, it is very important to use appropriate methods that have the ability to combine various indicators into the spatial organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategic factors affecting the political management of the Arak township spaces through library and field studies in the first stage and, secondly, the ranking of these factors based on their importance and their impact through the Analytical hierarchy process for the proper management of geographical spaces of the Arak Township. Instruments and Methods This study is a descriptive approach based on nature and is applied developmental based on the goal. The research method is descriptive-analytic and library, internet, and interviewing materials are used for gathering information.
