شناخت تلاش هاي انديشمندان در رشته هاي مختلف، نقش بسزايي در رشد، شكوفايي و كشف مسايل نو در آن علوم ايفا مي كند. يكي از انديشمندان مسلمان كه تاثيرات مهمي در عصرش ايفا نمود، ملامحمدكاظم هزارجريبي استرآبادي است. وي از فعال‌ترين دانشمندان در عرصه تاليف و نگارش در موضوعات متنوع ديني به ويژه در علوم اعتقادي در اواخر دوره زند و اوايل قاجار است. اين تحقيق با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه اي و مراجعه به نسخ خطي متعدد با روش توصيفي-تحليلي به كيفيت استدلال و استشهاد مرحوم هزارجريبي بر گزاره‌هاي ديني و چگونگي پاسخ‌ به شبهات خواهد پرداخت. يافته هاي تحقيق عبارتند از اينكه ايشان تلاش مي نمود در فعاليت هاي علمي خود با توجه به وابستگي، عشق و ارادت به ايمه معصومين(عليهم السلام) به مطالعات پردامنه و عميق در گزاره هاي ديني پرداخته و نيز تلاش مي نمود با نگارشي روان، به هجمه‌هاي مخالفان پاسخ دهد. روش هايي كه وي در استدلال، استشهاد و دفاع از گزاره هاي ديني انجام مي داد كه مهم ترين آنها عبارتند از: استناد به برخي روايات مرتبط، استناد به ادعيه و زيارات، استناد به آراء مجتهدان، اعتماد بر نقل‌هاي تاريخي و مسموعات. نقدهايي به شيوه استدلال‌ورزي هزارجريبي وارد است؛ همچون تاويل نكردن عبارات عرفا و شعرا و جمود بر ظاهر سخنان آنان، استفاده نكردن از قياس شعري در قانع كردن خوانندگان، استفاده از شيوه غيرعلمي دشنام و ناسزاگويي نسبت به مخالفان.

One of the Muslim thinkers who played important influences in his time is Mullah Mohammad Kazem Hezar Jaribi Astarabadi. He is one of the most active scholars in the field of writing and writing on various religious subjects, especially in theology in the late Zand and early Qajar periods. Using library resources and referring to various manuscripts in a descriptive-analytical method, this research will deal with the quality of the late Hezar Jaribi's argument and testimony on religious propositions and how to respond to doubts. The findings of the research are that in his scientific activities, he tried to study extensively and deeply in religious propositions due to his attachment, love and devotion to the Imams of the Infallibles (PBUH) and also tried to write fluently. Respond to opposition attacks. The methods that he used in arguing, martyring and defending religious propositions, the most important of which are: quoting some related narrations, quoting prayers and pilgrimages, quoting the opinions of mujtahids, trusting in historical narrations and hearings. There are criticisms of the thousand-acre reasoning method; Such as not interpreting the expressions of mystics and poets and stagnating the appearance of their words, not using poetic analogy to convince readers, using unscientific methods of insulting and slandering opponents.
