جايگاه و ارتباط شريعت، طريقت و حقيقت از منظر عزالدين محمود كاشاني

The Position and Interrelationship of Shariat (Religious Laws), Tarighat (Mystical Path) and Truth from the Perspective of Ezz al-Din Mahmud Kashani

موضوع شريعت، طريقت و حقيقت، در آثار عزالدين محمود كاشاني ديده مي‌شود. تعيين جايگاه سه اصطلاح مذكور، و ارتباط ميان آنها و چگونگي تبيين تعاليم ديني بر پايه آن، از مباحث كانوني او است. تحقيق حاضر با روش توصيفي‌تحليلي، به جايگاه و ارتباط شريعت، طريقت و حقيقت و مراتب هر يك و نيز نگرش عرفاني كاشاني، بر اساس سه لايه مذكور، به تعاليم ديني مي‌پردازد و در آخر، رويكرد او به همخواني آموزه‌هاي عرفاني با كتاب و سنت و نيز ضرورت التزام به ظواهر شرع را بررسي مي‌كند. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه او سه اصطلاح مذكور را مراتب يك واقعيت برمي‌شمرد و ضمن تلفيق آن سه، با رويكرد عرفاني، تعاليم ديني را تحليل و بررسي مي‌كند. همچنين، منشأ آموزه‌هاي عرفاني ناب را فقط در كتاب و سنت مي‌بيند و پاي‌بندي به شريعت را در همه حال ضروري مي‌داند.

The subject of shariat (religious laws), tarighat (mystical path) and truth can be seen in the works of Ezz al-Din Mahmud Kashani. Determining the position of these three terms, and their relationship as well as explaining religious teachings based on them, is one of Kashani's central topics. Using the descriptive-analytical method, the present study deals with the position and relationship of these three concepts, their levels and Kashani's mystical attitude, based on them, towards religious teachings. Finally, it examines his approach to the harmonization of mystical teachings with the Quran and tradition, as well as the necessity of adhering to the appearances of shariat. The results of the research indicate that he considers the mentioned concepts as layers of a reality and while combining them, with a mystical approach, analyzes and studies religious teachings. In addition, Kashani sees the origin of pure mystical teachings only in the Quran and tradition and considers adherence to shariat necessary in all cases.
