Theory of Formative Ethics (Natural); Shiite Approach Analysis

تقريري از نظريه اخلاقيِ قانون طبيعي در آراي برخي انديشمندان شيعه وجود دارد. اين مقاله ضمن اشاره به تاريخچه اين نظريه در انديشه اسلامي‌شيعي، مبانيِ اخلاقيِ موجود در آثار مكارم شيرازي را به عنوان نمونه‌اي از مدافعان متأخّر تقرير سنّتيِ نظريه اخلاق تكويني مي‌كاود. وي حركت‌هاي انسان در مسير فضيلت و رذيلت را بر اساس طرحواره‌اي از استعدادها و گرايش‌هاي طبيعي در وجود انسان قرار داده و در چهار گام، از اخلاقي سخن گفته كه مبتني بر طبيعت و تكوين است. در گام نخست نيازهاي طبيعيِ انسان را تحليل كرده و در گام دوم، براي برطرف‌كردن نيازها، محرّك‌هايي را در ساختار وجودي انسان مشخص كرده است؛ در گام سوم، براي اين اميال، غايتي مشخص مي‌كند تا آنها را جهت‌دهي كند، و در گام چهارم از عاملي سخن مي‌گويد كه اميال را در راستاي غايت مذكور رهبري مي‌كند. هدف اين مقاله، تحليل اين نگرش به عنوان نمونه‌اي از تقريرهاي معاصر از نظريه اخلاقيِ قانون طبيعي در تفكّر شيعي است.

There is an interpretation of the ethical theory of natural law in the views of some Shiite thinkers. This article, while referring to the history of this theory in Shiite Islamic thought, explores the ethical foundations in the works of Makarem Shirazi as an example of the late defenders of the traditional interpretation of the theory of formative ethics. He has based man's movements in the path of virtue and vice upon a scheme of natural talents and tendencies in human existence, and in four steps, he has spoken of a morality that is based on nature and creation. In the first step, he analyzes the natural needs of man, in the second step, he identifies stimuli in the structure of human existence to meet needs, in the third step, he sets a goal for these desires to direct them, and in the fourth step, he speaks of the factor that guides the desires towards the determined goal. The purpose of this article is to analyze this idea as an example of contemporary interpretations of the ethical theory of natural law in Shiite thought.
