چكيده فارسي :
بلوچستان، منطقه‌ي وسيعي در جنوب شرقي ايران و بخشي از استان پهناور سيستان و بلوچستان است كه داراي تنوع آب و هوايي، جغرافيايي، گويش، پوشش و حتي تنوع مسكن مي‌باشد. در بلوچستان، گونه‌هاي مختلف مسكن متحرك؛ مثل سياه‌چادر و كپر تا خانه هاي ثابت؛ مثل توپ، كاش، اتاق(كوتي يا بان)ديده مي شود. اين گونه‌هاي مختلف، در جوابگويي به نيازهاي مردم بومي با توجه به شرايط و امكانات گوناگون زيست بوم، با مصالح بومي متنوع در طول زمان و با تجربه‌ي مردم بومي شكل گرفته است. كه ضمن داشتن نقاط ضعف و كمبودهايي، داراي قابليت‌هاي زيادي مي‌باشند. يكي از اين قابليت‌ها كه در مسكن اين خطه ديده مي‌شود، انعطاف‌پذيري آن است. انعطاف‌پذيري در انتخاب مصالح و فن‌آوري ساخت تا جوابگوي به نيازهاي متنوع زيستي از جمله: انطباق با شرايط محيطي و اقليمي، چرخه مداوم حيات، امكان زيست نسل هاي متعدد در اين خانه‌ها امكان تغيير، رشد و استفاده از فضا در طول زمان و غيره ديده مي‌شود. چنين قابليت‌هايي در مسكن تيپ و بسته‌ي امروزي، كمتر به‌چشم مي‌آيد يا طراحان كمتر به چنين مواردي توجه دارند. چند عملكردي بودن فضاها، وجود فضاهاي منعطف و برنامه‌پذير با توجه به نياز ساكنين و فضاهايي با كيفيت‌هاي متنوع؛ اعم از باز، بسته و نيمه‌باز در مسكن روستايي اين خطه حكايت از انعطاف‌پديري آن دارد. اين مقاله در پي جواب دادن به اين سوالات است كه آيا مسكن بومي روستايي بلوچستان انعطاف پذير است و معيارهاي انعطاف پذيري مسكن بومي آن چه مي باشند. جهت انجام اين تحقيق از روش كيفي و مبتني بر مطالعات ميداني و كتابخانه ايي استفاده شده ست. انعطاف‌پذيري در مسكن اين منطقه، حاصل رابطه قوي بين انسان و طبيعت است. با الهام از قابليت انعطاف‌پذيري مسكن بومي روستايي بلوچستان مي توان مسكن حداقل با كارايي حداكثري را براي مردم اين منطقه در نظر گرفت.

Multi-functional spaces, the existence of flexible and programmable spaces according to the needs of residents and spaces with various qualities; Whether open, closed or semi-open in rural homes, these are, its flexibility. This article seeks to answer these questions, whether Indigenous rural housing in Balochistan is flexible and what are the criteria for flexible indigenous housing. For this research, a qualitative method based on field and library studies has been used. Flexibility in housing in this region is the result of a strong relationship between man(human) and nature. Inspired by the flexibility of indigenous rural housing in Balochistan, at least a house, with its most efficiency can be considered for the people of this region.
