ارزيابي منازعه‌هاي منطقه‌اي درخاورميانه در پرتو روند دولت ـ ملت‌سازي مطلوب؛ الگوها و راهكارها

Assessing Regional Conflicts in the Middle East in the Light of the Desired State-Nation-Building Process; Patterns and Solutions

تنش‌‌هاي طولاني مدت در خاورميانه و تقارن آن با تحولات نوين جهاني، اين منطقه را با موج جديدي از دولت ـ ملت‌‌سازي بر گسلي از منازعات مواجه كرده است. منازعاتي كه با روند ناقص دولت ـ ملت‌سازي در سده اخير در خاورميانه آغاز و در سطوح ملي ـ منطقه‌اي در اشكال مختلف نمايان و فراگير شد و با انقلاب ايران به اوج منازعه ملت در تقابل با دولت رسيد و با جنبش‌هاي مردمي در آغاز هزاره سوم تداوم يافت. اين مقاله به روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي به دنبال پاسخ به اين پرسش است كه؛ منازعات ملي و منطقه‌اي و روند دولت ـ ملت‌سازي در خاورميانه چه ارتباطي با يكديگر دارند؟ نتايج مطالعات نشان ميدهد رابطه‌اي دوسويه و معكوس بين اين دو برقرار است. بدين مفهوم كه روند ناقص دولت ـ ملت‌سازي منازعات متعددي را ايجاد كرده كه به تداوم اين روند معيوب و نهايتاً به تشديد و گسترش منازعات ملي و منطقهاي منجر شده است.

Prolonged tensions in the Middle East and its symmetry with recent global developments have left the region with a new wave of nation-state-building over a rift of conflict. Conflicts that began with the incomplete process of state-nation-building in the last century in the Middle East and appeared and spread in national-regional levels in various forms, and reached the peak of the nation-state conflict with IRI and continued with the popular movements at the beginning of the third millennium. This article, as a descriptive and analytical research, seeks to answer the question: How do national and regional conflicts and the state-nation-building process in the Middle East relate to each other? The results of the studies show that there is a bilateral and inverse relationship between the two. In the sense that the incomplete process of state-nation-building has created numerous conflicts that have led to the continuation of this flawed process and ultimately to the intensification and expansion of national and regional conflicts.
