آب و هوا بر تمام فعاليت هاي انسان تاثير مي گذارد و فعاليت هاي نظامي نيز همانند ساير فعاليت هاي انسان تحت تاثير شرايط آب وهوايي است. در اين پژوهش به منظور آمايش اقليم نظامي منطقه شمال شرق كشور در جهت برنامه ريزي فعاليت نيروهاي نظامي، تمامي ايستگاه هاي سينوپتيك موجود در منطقه موردمطالعه قرار گرفت و از بين آن ها، 9 ايستگاه كه داراي دوره آماري بالاي 30 سال بودند، انتخاب گرديده و داده هاي اقليمي مربوطه در دوره روزانه و ماهانه از سازمان هواشناسي دريافت گرديد. در ادامه با استفاده از شاخص هاي دماي معادل فيزيولوژيك آسايش اقليمي و تنش هاي سرمايي و گرمايي تاثيرگذار بر نيروهاي نظامي و با استفاده از شاخص اقليم نظامي ميران مطلوبيت شرايط اقليمي براي انجام عمليات مختلف نظامي در طول سال موردمطالعه قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصل از ارزيابي شاخص دماي معادل فيزيولوژيك در منطقه شمال شرق كشور نشان داد كه در بيشتر ايستگاه هاي منطقه شمال شرق، در ماه هاي فروردين، ارديبهشت، خرداد، مهر و شهريور شرايط آسايش اقليمي حاكم است . اما در بقيه ماه هاي سال تنش گرمايي و سرمايي ممكن است در روند برنامه ريزي و انجام اين فعاليت ها تاثيرگذار باشد. از لحاظ شرايط اقليم نظامي كمترين مطلوبيت براي عمليات نظامي در سطح منطقه مربوط به ماه هاي تير و مرداد است كه در بين پارامترهاي اقليمي تاثيرگذار در كاهش مطلوبيت مي توان به دماهاي بالا، سرعت باد و در مناطق ساحلي در استان گلستان رطوبت نسبي بالا اشاره كرد. در بين ايستگاه هاي منطقه شمال شرق كشور، كمترين مطلوبيت اقليم نظامي در طول سال با حدود 59/5 درصد، مربوط به ايستگاه مشهد و بيشترين آن با حدود 63/5 درصد، مربوط به گرگان است. در كل منطقه شمال شرق نيز بيشترين ميزان مطلوبيت اقليمي براي فعاليت هاي نظامي در ماه هاي مهر، آبان و فروردين وجود دارد.

Climate affects all human activities and military activities, like other human activities, are affected by weather conditions. In this study, in order to evaluate the military climate of the northeastern region of Iran in order to plan the activities of the military forces, all synoptic stations in the region were studied and nine stations that had a statistical period of more than 30 years were selected. Climatic data were received daily and monthly from the Meteorological Organization.Then, using the physiological equivalent temperature index, climatic comfort and cold and heat stresses affecting the military forces and using the Miran military climate index, the desirability of climatic conditions for various military operations during the year was studied. The results of the evaluation of the physiologically equivalent temperature index in the northeastern region of Iran showed that in most stations of the study area, in April, May, June, October and September, the climate is comfortable. But in the other months of the year, heat and cold stress may affect the process of planning and carrying out these activities. In terms of military climate, the lowest desirability for military operations in the region is in July and August. Climatic parameters affecting the reduction of desirability include high temperatures, wind speed and high relative humidity in coastal areas in Golestan province. Among the stations in the northeastern region of Iran, the lowest desirability of the military climate during the year with about 59.5% is related to Mashhad station and the highest with about 63.5% is related to Gorgan. In the entire Northeast region, the highest climatic conditions for military activities are in October, November and April.
