چكيده فارسي :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، «تبيين مدل عملكردي انگيزش بر اساس منابع اسلامي» بود. روش پژوهش حاضر، «توصيفي- تحليلِ مفهومي» بود. يافته ها نشان داد كه، 1. «نيّت»، متاثر از سه گروه عوامل است: الف. عوامل درون فردي بنيادين كه عبارتند از: «انواع روح»، «مزاج و طبايع»، و «گرايشات فطري»؛ ب. عوامل درون فردي فرايندي كه عبارتند از: «نظام شناختي- عقيدتي» و «نظام طرحوارههاي عاطفي-هيجاني»؛ ج. «عوامل برون فردي» كه شامل محيط، و شرايط فرهنگي است؛ 2. از ديدگاه منابع ديني، جلوه هاي انگيزش را در سه دسته ميتوان قرار داد: الف. «جلوه هاي رفتاري»، مثل عمل صالح (شاخص تلاش)، صبر و بردباري (شاخص استقامت)، و گزينش گري معيارهاي ديني (شاخص انتخاب)؛ ب. «سطح مشغوليت و آميختگي»، مثل ياد آخرت (مشغوليت شناختي)، تجربه هيجانات مختلف از قبيل خوف، حزن و... (مشغوليت هيجاني)، و دلسوزي در هدايت مردم (عامليّت اجتماعي)؛ ج.«قلب سليم»، كه مهم ترين دستاورد و نتيجه نظام انگيزش ديني است و تأثير متقابل بر نظام هاي شناختي و عاطفي ما دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this research was to explain a functional model of motivation based on Islamic sources. It applied a descriptive-conceptual methodology. The findings showed that 1) intention is effected by three groups of factors: a) basic intra-personal factors including the types of souls, temperament and nature, and inner trends; b) process intrapersonal factors including cognitive-ideological system and emotional schema system; c) extrapersonal factors which include environment and cultural situations; 2) the effects of motivation can be divided into three groups from the viewpoint of religious sources: a) behavioral effects such as good deed (a criterion of attempt), patience (a criterion of resistance), and the selection of religious criteria (a criterion of selection); b) the level of involvement such as remembering the Hereafter (cognitive involvement), the experience of different emotions including fear, sadness, and so on (emotional involvement), and empathy for guiding people (social agency); c) healthy heart which is an important result of religious motivation system and has an effect on our cognitive and emotional systems
