چكيده فارسي :
با توجه به تحول علم اصول وفراز و نشيب آن درطول تاريخ، دليل عقل در فقه شيعه و منظر علماي شيعه به عنوان يكي از اصلي ترين مسايل اصولي دچار تغيير و تحولات فراوان گرديده است، از كساني كه براي عقل اعتباري قايل نبودند از اشاعره، اخباريها و ظاهريه گرفته، تا آناني كه عقل را معتبر دانسته اند. اين پژوهش برآن است كه با توجه به اهميت موضوع»عقل»جايگاه و كاربرد آن دربين ادله و منابع استنباط احكام را براساس ديد گاه برخي از علماي بزرگوار تبيين نمايد ، كه با توجه به موضوع بحث ،كاركرد عقل از سه منظر مطرح شده است الف- عقل ابزاري عام كه درخدمت منابع ديگر است ب- استلزامات عقل عقل خاص (ج-عقل اخص) مستقل عقلي كه به نظر مي رسد اختاف نظر در همين قسم باشد چنانچه عقل در عرض منابع ديگر باشد كه البته اعتبارعقل مستقل ، با پذيرش حسن وقبح عقلي وقاعده مازمه بصورت في الجمله ازطرف علماي بزرگوار امام خميني، شهيد صدروآخوند خراساني رحمه الل عليهم پذيرفته شده است.
چكيده لاتين :
Due to the evolution of the science of principles and its ups and downs
during history, the reason for reason in Shiite jurisprudence and the
viewpoint of Shiite scholars has become as one of the most fundamental
issues of change and change, from those who did not have credit for
reason, from Ash›arites, and appearance, to those who have considered
reason to be credible. This research is based on the importance of the
subject of «reason» regarding its place and its application among the
reasons and sources of deduction of judgments based on the viewpoint
of some of the great scholars, which, according to the subject of
discussion, the function of reason is raised from three perspectives. A -
The instrumental wisdom that serves other sources. B) The implications
of reason (particular intellect); c) Specific intellect (independent of
reason), which appears to be a controversy in the same way (if reason
is within other sources), of course validity Independent, with the
acceptance of the goodwill of rational wisdom and the attachment of
the accuser, in particular, by the great scholars (Imam Khomeini, the
martyr of Sadr-Akhund Khorasani, peace be upon him).
