زمينه و هدف: موضوع ديپلماسي پنهان در رأس مزيت‌هاي راهبردي اهميت مي‌يابد. تحقيق حاضر درنظر دارد تا بر اساس مرور ادبيات و دسته‌بندي ديدگاه‌هاي انديشمندان، نقوش و كاركردهاي كليدي كاميابي سازمان اطلاعاتي دانا در عرصة سياست خارجي را احصاء كرده، به‌دنبال آن، با طراحي يك مدل به اين پرسش كه سازواره سازمان‌هاي اطلاعاتي در ديپلماسي پنهان را چگونه و در چه قالبي مي‌توان صورت‌بندي و طراحي كرد؟ روش‌شناسي تحقيق: اين تحقيق از منظر هدف توسعه‌اي و از نوع توصيفي است، ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، فيش‌برداري و نيز استفاده از منابع الكترونيك و اينترنتي است. و مدل رباتيك ديپلماسي پنهان با رويكرد اطلاعاتي براساس ادبيات موجود، استخراج و ترسيم شده است. يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري: سازمان اطلاعاتي، سياست خام را با پرورش، ساخته و پرداخته تا دست‌اندركاران سياست خارجي بهترين و عاقلانه‌ترين تصميم را از ميان ساير گزينه‌ها گلچين كنند و همچنين نقش نظارتي سازمان‌هاي اطلاعاتي در بازخوردگيري، بازنگري و اصلاح تصميمات ملي و فراملي در عرصة سياست خارجي و حراست از آرمان‌هاي كشور حائز اهميت است؛ به عبارتي ديپلماسي پنهان، هنر تحقق پنهان منافع ملي است.

Research methodology: This research is developmental and descriptive in terms of purpose, the tools for data collection was taking notes and the use of electronic and Internet resources. an‎d the robotic model of covert diplomacy has been extracted and drawn with an information approach based on the existing literature. Findings and Conclusion: The intelligence organization has nurtured, constructed and addressed the raw policy so that foreign policy makers can select the best and wisest decision from among other options, as well as the oversight role of intelligence organization in feedback, review and reform of national and transnational decisions is important in the field of foreign policy and protection of the country's ideals; In other words, covert diplomacy is the art of concealing national interests.
