چكيده فارسي :
توجه به دغدغه هاي زيست محيطي به عنوان بخش مهمي از مطالعات حقوق بشر در ديگر قلمروهاي مطالعاتي علوم اجتماعي همچون جرم شناسي نيز مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. با توجه به اهميت موضوع هدف اين مقاله بررسي جرايم سبز و سياست جنايي پيشگيرانه است.
مواد و روش ها
اين تحقيق از نوع نظري و روش تحقيق به صورت توصيفي تحليلي مي باشد و روش جمع آوري اطلاعات به صورت كتابخانه اي و با مراجعه به اسناد، كتب و مقالات صورت گرفته است.
ملاحظات اخلاقي
در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداري رعايت شده است.
يافته ها
آگاهي مردم و مشاركت آنان در امور مربوط به محيط زيست داراي اهميت مي باشد و به نظر مي رسد اطلاع رساني و ارتقاء سطح دانش و آگاهي هاي جامعه در خصوص موضوعات و مسايل زيست محيطي در حوزه پيشگيري اجتماعي قرار مي گيرد. در اين راستا تعريف و بررسي سه مفهوم اصلي تحقيق؛ جرم شناسي سبز، سياست جنايي پيشگيري و سازمان هاي غيردولتي زيست محيطي ارايه شد. در ادامه پيشگيري مشاركتي نسبت به جرايم زيست محيطي و نقش سازمان هاي مردم نهاد زيست محيطي در نظام حقوقي ايران مورد كنكاش قرار گرفت.
نتيجه گيري
راهبرد هاي پيشگيري اجتماعي جرايم محيط زيستي شامل؛ آموزش و بالا بردن سطح آگاهي هاي عمومي، نقش آموزشي اقدامات شهروندان و سازمان هاي غيردولتي و نقش آموزشي رسانه هاي گروهي و همين طور پيشگيري وضعي بررسي و تحليل شد. بنابراين مي توان در تحقق بخشيدن به اهداف ذيل به قابليت رسانه هاي گروهي دل بست: آموزش قوانين تخصصي در حوزه جرايم محيط زيستي، تهيه برنامه هايي متناسب با اقشار مختلف مردم از نظر فرهنگي، اقتصادي، علمي و... بر اساس اصل لزوم حفاظت از محيط زيست و آموزش نحوه همكاري مردم با ساير نهاد هاي درگير در موضوع و تلاش در جهت تقويت فرهنگ مشاركت در پيشگيري از بروز آسيب ها و جرايم محيط زيستي.

Attention to environmental worries has been considered as a significant part of human rights studies in other fields of social science studies such as criminology. Regarding the importance of the subject, this article aims to investigate green crimes and preventive criminal policy.
Materials and Methods: The current research is theoretical and the research method is descriptive-analytical. The data collection is done via the library method and through referring to documents, books, and articles.
Ethical Considerations: In all stages of writing the current study, while respecting the originality of the texts, honesty, and trustworthiness have been observed.
Findings: People's awareness and their participation in environmental affairs are important, it seems that informing and raising the level of knowledge, and awareness of the community about environmental issues is in the field of social prevention. Based on this fact, the three main concepts of research; Green criminology, criminal prevention policy, and environmental NGOs were defined and examined. Participatory prevention of environmental crimes and the role of environmental NGOs were explored in the Iranian legal system.
Conclusion: we can rely on the capability of mass media: teaching specialized laws in the field of environmental crimes, formulating programs tailored to different strata of people in terms of culture, economy, science, etc. based on the principle of environmental protection and education on how to cooperate with other institutions involved in the issue and efforts to strengthen the culture of participation in the avoidance of environmental damage and crime.
