تاريخ برنامه درسي آموزش عمومي دوره كارشناسي در ايران: يك مطالعه اسنادي

The History of Undergraduate General Education Curriculum in Iran: A Documentary Study

اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي روند تاريخي برنامه درسي عمومي دوره كارشناسي در ايران در بازه زماني 1313 تا 1398 انجام شده است. در اين راستا با استفاده از «روش پژوهش اسنادي» اسناد چاپي و غيرچاپي در دانشگاه‌ها و همين‌طور در پايگاه‌هاي علمي ايراني با كلمات كليدي «دروس عمومي دانشگاه»، «تاريخ دانشگاه تهران»، «تاريخ دانشگاه ملي»، «تاريخ دانشگاه تبريز»، «تاريخ دانشگاه پهلوي»، «برنامه درسي عمومي دانشگاهي»، «مصوبات شوراي‌عالي انقلاب فرهنگي» به‌صورت نظام‌مند بررسي گرديد. براي تحليل داده از تحليل تماتيك با رويكرد استقرايي استفاده گرديد. يافته‌ها در خصوص تحول برنامه درسي عمومي منجر به شناسايي سه شكل از برنامه درسي عمومي در سايه (1345- 1313)، برنامه درسي عمومي آشكار (1357- 1345)، و برنامه درسي معارف اسلامي و آگاهي عمومي (1398- 1360)، شده است. در مجموع، يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش مي‌تواند در توصيف تاريخ و چگونگي شكل‌گيري برنامه درسي عمومي در دانشگاه‌هاي ايراني آگاهي‌بخش باشد.

This study aims to examine the historical trends of undergraduate general education curriculum from 1934 to 2020 in Iran. By using documentary research methodology, relevant published and unpublished documents in well-known Iranian universities and research institutions as well as main Iranian databases were systematically investigated by keywords of “university general units”, “history of Tehran University”, “history of National university”, “university curriculum”, “University of Tabriz”, “University of Pahlavi”, “university general education curriculum”, “acts of Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution’s acts”. Thematic analysis with an inductive approach was used to analyze the data. The analysis of the policies of general education curriculum showed that since 1934 until now, we have experienced three forms of curriculum including: general education curriculum in shadow (1934-1966), obvious general education curriculum (1966-1979), and Islamic curriculum and public awareness (1982 - 2020). Results of this research could raise the awareness in describing the history of general education curriculum and how it was shaped in Iranian university context.
