عوامل ژئوپليتيكي مؤثر بر ارتقاء قدرت منطقهاي جمهوري اسلامي ايران (مطالعه موردي يمن)

Geopolitical Factors Affecting the Promotion of Regional Power of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Case Study of Yemen)

ارتقاي قدرت منطقه اي ج.ا.ايران كه در يكي از مناطق راهبردي ژئوپليتيكي جهان قرارگرفته، امري لازم و ضروري ميباشد تا زمينه تحقق اهداف عالي نظام و انقلاب اسلامي فراهم گردد. عوامل ژئوپليتيك همان عوامل قدرت هستند كه از مؤلفه هاي مهم در كسب و ارتقاء قدرت كشورها محسوب ميشوند و شناخت صحيح اين عوامل امكان مديريت صحيح در بهره گيري از شرايط محيطي به منظور تحقق هدف ارتقاء قدرت منطقه اي را فراهم خواهد ساخت. هدف تحقيق "شناسايي عوامل ژئوپليتيكي مؤثر بر ارتقاء قدرت منطقه اي جمهوري اسلامي ايران" ميباشد. نوع تحقيق كاربردي و رويكرد آن آميخته با روش توصيفي – زمينه اي است. داده‌ها به دو روش كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني (مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته و پرسشنامه) گردآوري كه اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده كيفي به روش تحليل محتوا و با كمك نرم‌افزار مكس كيو دي اي و اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده كمي با استفاده از نرمافزار تجزيه‌وتحليل دادههاي كمي، مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرار گرفتند. روايي مصاحبه و پرسشنامه از طريق روايي محتوا و پايايي فرم مصاحبه با فرمول كاپاي كوهن و پرسشنامه ها با آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه گرديده است. نمونهگيري به روش غير تصادفي و معادل 93 نفر ميباشد. از يافته هاي تحقيق، تعداد 64 عامل شامل 17 عامل با نقش قوت، 7 عامل با نقش ضعف، 21 عامل با نقش فرصت و 19 عامل با نقش تهديد احصاء گرديد و درنهايت مشخص شد كه موقعيت راهبردي قدرت منطقه اي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در ربع اول محور مختصات يا همان موقعيت تهاجمي قرار دارد و با توجه به اينكه استراتژي تهاجمي بين توان مالي (كارايي) و توان صنعت (پتانسيل رشد و ارتقاء) واقع گرديده، لذا قدرت منطقه اي ج. ا. ايران در وضعيت تعادل و پايداري به سر ميبرد و از قابليت رقابت فعال در برابر ساير رقبا برخوردار است؛ بنابراين ضمن اينكه ميتوان جمهوري اسلامي ايران را قدرت منطقه اي معرفي نمود، از پتانسيل و ظرفيت لازم براي ارتقاء قدرت منطقه اي نيز برخوردار ميباشد.

The type of applied research and its approach are mixed with the descriptive-contextual method. Data were collected in two methods: library and field (semi-structured interviews and questionnaires). The validity of the interview and the questionnaire was calculated through the content validity and the reliability of the interview form with the Kappa Cohen formula and the questionnaires with Cronbach's alpha.
