چكيده فارسي :
با توجه به تاثير گسترده سرمايه اجتماعي بر جامعه، حكومت و سازمان‌ها، از جمله سازمان‌هاي نظامي و نيروهاي مسلح، بررسي روندهاي آينده اين نوع سرمايه از اهميت وافري برخوردار است و تحقيق درباره آن امري ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد. مقاله حاضر،0 در پي پاسخ به اين سوال است كه سرمايه اجتماعي نيروهاي مسلح در افق پيشِ رو چگونه بايد باشد و انواع روندهاي مؤثر بر سرمايه اجتماعي نيروهاي مسلح در آينده چيست؟ با اتكاء به برخي منابع و اسناد، ويژگي‌هاي سرمايه اجتماعي مطلوب به تفكيك ويژگي‌هاي سازماني، ويژگي‌هاي انساني، ويژگي‌هاي كاركردي و ويژگي‌هاي تعاملي ارائه شد. همچنين روندهاي مؤثر بر سرمايه اجتماعي نيروهاي مسلح در آينده به تفكيك روندهاي سياسي، فرهنگي- اجتماعي، جمعيتي، اقتصادي، زيست‌محيطي و علم و فناوري مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و نتايج نشان داد كه مجموعه نيروهاي مسلح در آينده با وضعيتي توام با فرصت‌ها و تهديدها مواجه خواهند بود، ايجاد بسترهايي براي كنترل اجتماعي رسمي در نتيجه كمك به برقراري نظم و امنيت پايدار و در مقابل، گسترش قلمروها و رسانه‌هاي ارتباطي، سالخوردگي جمعيت و افزايش هزينه‌هاي كاركنان نظامي و مشكل جذب نيروي رسمي و وظيفه، كاهش دگرخواهي، كاهش ريسك‌پذيري، كاهش جمعيت و بحران در صندوق‌هاي بازنشستگي و كاهش توان رسيدگي خدمات رفاهي به كاركنان در كنار بحران‌هاي زيست محيطي و افزايش شكاف اجتماعي، چالش‌هاي جديدي براي سرمايه هاي نيروهاي مسلح ايجاد خواهد كرد.

Given the widespread impact of social capital on society, government and organizations, including military organizations and the armed forces, it is important to study the future trends of this type of capital and research on it seems necessary. The present article seeks to answer the question of what should be the social capital of the Armed Forces in the future and what are the types of trends affecting the social capital of the Armed Forces in the future? Relying on some sources and documents, the characteristics of desirable social capital were presented separately for organizational characteristics, human characteristics, functional characteristics and interactive characteristics. Also, the trends affecting the social capital of the Armed Forces in the future were examined separately for political, cultural-social, demographic, economic, environmental and science and technology trends, and the results showed that the Armed Forces will face a situation with opportunities and threats. Will pave the way for formal social control as a result of helping to maintain lasting order and security; in contrast, the expansion of communications territories and media, the aging of the population and the increase in military personnel costs, and the problem of recruiting officials and forces; Population and the crisis in pension funds and the declining ability to provide welfare services to staff, along with environmental crises and widening social gaps, will create new challenges for the armed forces
