تبيين اصول رهنامه راهبردي نظامي – امنيتي نيروهاي مسلح جمهوري اسلامي ايران

رهنامه براي تمام نيروهاي مسلح، ميثاق مشترك، اهداف مشترك، برنامه‌هاي مشترك، ارزش‌هاي مشترك و معيارهاي مشتركي را فراهم كرده و به‌اين‌ترتيب كار آيي نيروها و اتحاد ميان آنان را افزايش مي‌دهد. آنچه اين پژوهش از ابتدا به دنبال آن بود، تبيين اصول رهنامه راهبردي نظامي– امنيتي نيروهاي مسلح جمهوري اسلامي ايران به‌صورت علمي و روشمند بود. بدين منظور در ادبيات پژوهش با روش جمع‌آوري اطلاعات به روش‌هاي كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني به مفهوم‌شناسي، مباني نظري و گردآوري محتواي عوامل مؤثر در تدوين رهنامه راهبردي نظامي – امنيتي نيروهاي مسلح جمهوري اسلامي ايران پرداخته شد. سپس داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري‌شده حاصل از تكميل پرسش‌نامه و توزيع بين صاحب‌نظران از طريق نرم‌افزارهاي آماري مورد آزمون قرار گرفت و 13 اصل به‌عنوان اصول رهنامه راهبردي نظامي – امنيتي نيروهاي مسلح جمهوري اسلامي ايران تعيين و تبيين گرديد.

The Doctrine elines provide for all armed forces, common covenants, common goals, common plans, common values and common standards, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the forces and the unity among them. What this research sought from the beginning was to explain the principles of the Strategic Military-Security Guide of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in a scientific and methodical manner. For this purpose, in the research literature, by collecting information by library and field methods, semantics, theoretical foundations and collecting the content of effective factors in compiling the strategic-military guideline of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran were discussed.
