Examination of the Effects of Geopolitical Genome on Foreign Policy (Case Study: Syria and Israel)

ژنوم ژيوپلتيك، نقشه جغرافياي سياست است و برخاسته از جغرافيا كه سياست خارجي يك كشور را تحت تا ثير قرار مي دهد. سوريه به دليل تقابل وكنش سه عامل جغرافيا، قدرت و سياست يه منطقه استراتژيك است . شناخت ژنوم ها و كدهاي ژيوپلتيك موجود در كشورهاي همسايه، مي تواند نقش موثري در بكار گرفتن سياست خارجي هم راستا با وزن ژيوپلتيك سوريه ايفا نمايد. رژيم صهيونيستي ازجمله همسايه هاي سوريه است كه تعارضات رژيم صهيونيستي با سوريه را نه تنها از زاويه تعارضات ايديولوژيك، بلكه از زاويه تعارض ژنوم ژيوپلتيك و اهداف توسعه طلبانه اين كشور مي توان بررسي نمود. (مسيله) سوال نوشتار حاضر بر اين اساس است كه ژنوم هاي ژيوپلتيكي رژيم صهيونيستي و سوريه چه نقشي در سياست خارجي واگرا و تقابلي شان داشته است؟ (سوال) فرضيه اين نوشتار بر اين اساس است باتوجه به موقعيت ژيوپليتكي سوريه و وجود ژنوم هاي تقابلي در ساخت ژيوپلتيكي دو كشور مطالعه ژنوم هاي ژيوپلتيك اين كشورها براي جهت شناسي سياست خارجي شان ضروري است. (فرضيه) با روش توصيفي- تحليلي و با بهره گيري از نظريات ژيوپلتيك و تحليل درون مايه هاي ژيوپلتيك سوريه و رژيم صهيونيستي، پيوند ژنوم آب و زمين را بر سياست خارجي تنش زا ميان دو كشور رژيم صهيونيستي و سوريه مورد بررسي قرار دهد. (روش) رويكرد بحران زا و تعارضي رژيم صهيونيستي در قبال بحران سوريه ريشه در ژنوم ژيوپلتيك دارد كه اين امر در تحليل مداخلات رژيم صهيونيستي در بحران سوريه نيز مصداق دارد. (يافته ها)

Geopolitical elements are among the main factors affecting on foreign policy of countries. Recognition of geopolitical codes available in neighboring countries, can have effective role in using foreign policy along with the geopolitical weight of countries. Syria is among the countries that because of locating in an area with special geopolitical characteristics, the geopolitical codes affect the nature of foreign policy of this country. Hence, the geopolitical codes of this country is considered a factor affecting the trend of converging and diverging of this country with the neighbors. Among the main neighbors of Syria are the country of Israel.(Introduction) The question of the current study is what roles do geopolitical genomes play in formation of divergent foreign policy among Syria and Israel?(Question) This study attempts to examine the effect of combination of water and ground genome on tense foreign policy among two countries of Syria and Israel using the geopolitical theories and analyzing geopolitical themes of Syria and Israel Syria and Israel(Method) The crisis and conflicting approach of the Zionist regime towards the Syrian crisis is rooted in the geopolitical genome, which also applies to the analysis of the Zionist regime interventions in the Syrian crisis.(Results)
