بررسي مجموعه امنيتي خاورميانه و شناخت ائتلاف ها و تهديدها (با تاكيد بر نقش ائتلاف محور مقاومت در مناسبات آن مجموعه)

Examining the Middle East security complex and recognizing coalitions and threats (with emphasis on the role of the resistance-centered coalition in the relations of that complex)

مجموعه امنيتي خاورميانه يك مجموعه امنيتي خاص و پيچيده است و در دل آن ايتلاف هايي وجود دارند كه به دلايل مختلف سياسي، نظامي، امنيتي و ايديولوژيك دچار اختلاف هستند. هدف اصلي پژوهش بازشناسي مجموعه امنيتي خاورميانه با تاكيد بر چيستي و چگونگي ايتلاف هاي سازنده با نگاهي ويژه بر وضعيت نقش آفريني ايتلاف محور مقاومت است. (هدف) بر اين اساس پرسش هاي اصلي اين پژوهش بدين گونه است كه چه ايتلاف هايي در مجموعه امنيتي خاورميانه وجود دارند؟ و ايتلاف محور مقاومت چگونه در مناسبات امنيتي مجموعه خاورميانه نقش آفريني كرده است؟ (مسيله) برمبناي روش تحليلي - توصيفي (روش) فرضيه هاي مقاله مبتني بر آن است كه ايتلاف هاي مجموعه امنيتي خاورميانه با يكديگر تعامل ندارند، همگن نيستند و مدام يكديگر را تهديد مي كنند. ثانيا محور مقاومت با اثرگذاري مثبت در هر يك از تحولات جريان ساز خاورميانه زمينه ساز كسب اعتبار امنيتي - سياسي براي خود بوده است.(فرضيه) يافته هاي پژوهشي حاكي از شناسايي سه ايتلاف عمده در مجموعه امنيتي خاورميانه شامل: 1) ايتلاف محور مقاومت 2) ايتلاف بلوك سني 3) ايتلاف دفاكتو عبري - عربي است. نهايتا در خصوص محور مقاومت بايد گفت كه اين ايتلاف به دليل تاثيرگذاري مثبت در هر يك از تحولات اخير خاورميانه منافع مدنظر خود را تامين نموده و در آرايش سياسي - امنيتي مجموعه تاثير شگرفي نهاده است. (يافته ها)

The Middle East security complex is a special and complex security complex, and at its heart there are coalitions that are divided for various political, military, security and ideological reasons. The main purpose of this study is to identify the Middle East security complex by emphasizing what and how constructive alliances with a special focus on the role of the resistance-oriented coalition.(objective) What alliances are there in the Middle East security complex? and how has the Resistance Coalition played a role in the security relations of the Middle East?(problem) Based on the Analytical-Descriptive Method.(method) The hypotheses of the article are based on the fact that the alliances of the Middle East security complex do not interact with each other, are not homogeneous and constantly threaten each other. the axis of resistance with a positive impact on each of the developments in the Middle East has been the basis for gaining security-political credibility for itself. (hypothesis) Research findings indicate the identification of three major coalitions in the Middle East security complex. Finally, regarding the axis of resistance, it should be said that this coalition, due to its positive impact on each of the recent developments in the Middle East, has provided its intended interests and has had a tremendous impact on the political-security arrangement.(findings)
