از «دبيرستان شاه رضا مشهد» تا «دانشسراي عالي سپاه دانش مامازن» نگاهي به زندگي و خدمات دكتر «محمدامير بيرجندي»

From "Shahreza Mashhad High School" to "Mamazan School of Education" A look at the life and services of Dr. Mohammad-Amir Birjandi

«محمداميرخان بيرجندي» در سال 1280 شمسي در بيرجند متولد شد. اندكي بعد از تولد به تهران رفت و در «مدرسه آمريكايي‌ها‌» به تحصيل و بعدها به تدريس پرداخت. سپس، نظامت و مديريت دبيرستان «شاه‌رضا» مشهد را پذيرفت. در اواخر دهه سي، به منظور اتمام تحصيلات تكميلي به دانشگاه «ويسكانسين» آمريكا عزيمت كرد و پس از بازگشت به وطن، مسيوليت‌هاي مختلفي از جمله «مديرعامل بنگاه عمران»، «معاون تعليماتي وزير فرهنگ» و «رييس دانشسراي عالي سپاه دانش» را برعهده گرفت. وي، در هر يك از مسيوليت‌هاي مذكور خدمات ارزنده‌اي را به ثمر رساند. او، در آموزش و پروش كشور، فعاليت‌هاي نوآورانه‌اي از قبيل «ساماندهي برنامه آموزش تربيت بدني مدارس»، «ترويج فعاليت‌هاي فوق‌برنامه»، «تشكيل گروه‌هاي مناظره و تيم‌هاي ورزشي دانش‌آموزي» و «پيوند ميان معلمان و اولياء» را ترتيب داد. همچنين، اقدامات سازنده‌اي همچون «حضور در روستاها و تلاش جهت ارتقاي سطح آموزش و بهداشت روستاييان»، «ايجاد مركز آموزش معلمان روستايي»، اجراي برنامه‌هاي «مبارزه با بي‌سوادي»، «سپاه دانش» و در نهايت، «تربيت دانشجويان سپاهيان دانش و اعزام آنها به خارج كشور» را در عرصه توسعه روستايي انجام داد. فعاليت‌هاي مذكور، سبب شد تا از او به عنوان يكي از پيشگامان «مدرسه‌داري نوين» و «توسعه روستايي» در كشور ياد شود. نوشتار حاضر با هدف تشريح زندگي و خدمات وي در چارچوب روش «زندگي‌نامه‌نويسي ديگرنوشت» و از طريق مطالعه برخي اسناد و گفتگو با افراد مطلع تدوين شده‌است.

"Mohammad Amir Khan Birjandi" was born in 1901 in "Birjand". Shortly after his birth, he moved to Tehran, where he studied and later taught at the "American College". Then, he accepted the adminisration of "Shahreza" high school in Mashhad. He went for the University of Wisconsin to complete his postgraduate studies at fiftteen years old. After returning. He took on various responsibilities, including "Managing Director of Bongah e Omr@n", "Deputy Minister of Education" and "Head of Mamazan School of Education". He performed valuable services in each of the responsibilities. In education, he carried out innovative activities such as "organizing school physical education programs", "promoting extracurricular activities", "forming debate groups and student sport teams" and "linking between teachers and parents. In the field of rural development, he fulfilled constructive activities such as "Presence in villages and efforts to improve the level of education and health of villagers", "Establishment of a rural teacher training center", implementation of "Fight against illiteracy pl@n", "Education corps pl@n" and Finally, "Training the students of the education corps and sending them abroad". These activities made him one of the pioneers of "modern schooling" and "rural development" in the country. The present article has been compiled with the aim of describing his life and services in the framework of biography method and Interview with informed participants.
