Analysis of effective components in parental involvement: A qualitative approach with content analysis method

مشاركت والدين در مدرسه از اهميت بسزايي برخوردار است. امروزه انتظارات جامعه از دستگاه تعليم و تربيت به صورت روز افزون افزايش يافته است. لذا نظام آموزشي تنها مسيوليت تدريس و انتفال مواد آموزشي در ذهن فراگيران را بر عهده ندارد و براي موفقيت برنامه هاي آموزشي وتربيتي بايستي سياستگذاران نظام آموزش و پرورش زمينه هاي مشاركت والدين را براي ارتقاء رشد دانش آموزان فراهم آورند. پژوهش حاضربا هدف شناسايي مولفه هاي موثر درمشاركت والدين به شيوه كيفي و با روش تحليل مضمون برمبناي رويكرد استقرايي (آترايد -استرلينگ) انجام شده است. نمونه گيري از مجموع اسناد كتابخانه اي ومنابع علمي كه در مجلات معتبرعلمي- پژوهشي چاپ گرديده است با بررسي محتواهاي مرتبط انتخاب گرديد .تجزيه و تحليل داده ها بر اساس تحليل مضمون انجام شد. براي اعتباريابي داده ها از روش بازبيني و موضع گيري پژوهشگر و همسوسازي با منابع علمي و اسناد كليدي آموزش و پرورش استفاده گرديد. براساس نتايج اين پژوهش مولفه هاي موثر در مشاركت والدين در1مضمون كلي، 16 مضمون پايه و4 مضمون سازمان دهنده چالش هاي غالب ، بستر سازي مشاركت ، مفروضه هاي بنيادي تعامل و مهندسي ارتباط وتعامل طبقه بندي گرديد.

Parental involvement in school is very important. Today, society's expectations of the education system have increased increasingly. Therefore, the education system is not only responsible for teaching and transferring educational materials in the minds of learners and for the success of educational programs. Education policy makers should provide opportunities for parental involvement to promote student growth. The aim of this study was to investigate the effective components in parental participation in a qualitative manner and with a content analysis method based on the inductive approach (Atride-Sterling). Sampling of all library documents and scientific resources that have been published in prestigious scientific-research journals was selected by reviewing the relevant contents. In the present study, 120 sources were examined. Data analysis was performed based on thematic analysis. To validate the data, the researcher review and positioning method and alignment with scientific sources and key education documents were used. Also, to validate the findings, it was done using the opinions of a group of technologists and the steering committee. Based on the results of this study, the effective components in parental participation were classified into 1 general theme of 16 basic themes and 4 themes of organizing dominant challenges, participation context, basic assumptions of interaction and communication and interaction engineering.
