Phenomenological analysis of the factors affecting the improvement of public participation in school sports

پژوهش حاضر ازجمله تحقيقات كيفي بود كه به‌صورت ميداني اجرايي گرديد. روش كيفي مورداستفاده در تحقيق حاضر از نوع پديدارشناسي بود. مشاركت‌كنندگان در تحقيق حاضر شامل افرادي بودند كه به‌صورت داوطلبانه در ورزش مدارس مشاركت داشتند. مشاركت‌كنندگان در اين پژوهش با استفاده از نمونه‌گيري هدفمند و با رويكرد انتخاب نمونه‌گيري همگون و درعين‌حال با رعايت حداكثر تنوع نمونه‌گيري شدند. اين مسئله تا رسيدن به اشباع نظري شكل گرفت. درنهايت تعداد 15 مصاحبه در اين خصوص انجام گرديد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات در تحقيق حاضر مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته بود. به‌منظور تجزيه‌ و تحليل داده‌ها، از تحليل موضوعي استفاده گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه 4 مضمون اصلي و 16 مضمون فرعي وجود دارد. با توجه به نتايج تحقيق حاضر عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود مشاركت‌هاي مردمي در ورزش مدارس در 4 بخش شامل جنبه‌هاي فردي، مسائل اجتماعي-فرهنگي، مسائل مديريتي و حقايق ورزشي مشخص گرديد. به عبارتي توجه به عوامل شناسايي‌شده مي‌تواند زمينه جهت بهبود مشاركت‌هاي مردمي در ورزش مدارس را فراهم نمايد.

The present study was designed and conducted with the aim of phenomenological analysis of the factors affecting the improvement of public participation in school sports. The present study was one of the qualitative researches that was conducted in the field. The qualitative method used in the present study was phenomenological. Participants in the present study included individuals who participated voluntarily in school sports. Participants in this study were sampled using purposive sampling and homogeneous sampling selection approach and at the same time with maximum diversity. This issue was formed until the theoretical saturation was reached. Finally, 15 interviews were conducted in this regard. The data collection tool in the present study was a semi-structured interview. In order to analyze the data, thematic analysis was used. The results showed that there are 4 main themes and 16 sub-themes. According to the results of the present study, the factors affecting the improvement of public participation in school sports were identified in 4 sections, including individual aspects, socio-cultural issues, and management issues and sports facts. In other words, paying attention to the identified factors can provide the basis for improving public participation in school sports.n other words, paying attention to the identified factors can provide the basis for improving public participation in school sports.
