پاندمي كرونا و تشديد شكاف دولت-ملت در ايالات متحده با تأكيد بر سياست هاي دونالد ترامپ

Corona Pandemic and Widening the Gap of Nation-State in US with Emphasis on Donald Trump Policies

با فراگيري پاندمي كرونا در سال 2020 ميلادي، تمامي تلاش­ ها به سمت و سوي يك ائتلاف قدرتمند براي حل و فصل و در نهايت درمان اين ويروس خطرناك آغاز شد. در اين ميان، دونالد ترامپ به جاي حمايت از سازمان جهاني بهداشت و اتخاذ سياست­ هاي حمايتي از طيف­ ها و جريان­ هاي مختلف داخلي، با اتهام پراكني وسيع، عليه چين، قطع حمايت­ هاي مالي از سازمان بهداشت جهاني و سپس وارد كردن اتهام به دولت باراك اوباما، نتوانست رويكردهاي لازم را براي مهار يا عدم فراگيري اين ويروس در آمريكا به نتيجه برساند. به همين سبب كمتر از سه ماه پس از شيوع كرونا، آمريكا در صدر بيشترين مبتلايان و قربانيان اين بحران قرار گرفت. لذا در اين مقاله مساعي نويسندگان حول ارائه پاسخي متقن به اين سؤال است كه چگونه پاندمي كرونا به تعميق شكاف­ هاي ميان دولت-ملت در ايالات متحده منتهي گرديد؟ فرضيۀ نويسندگان مبتني بر اين اين اصل است كه هژموني­ خواهي افراطي ترامپ و سياست­ هاي اتخاذ شدۀ وي بسترساز تعميق اين گسست­ ها گرديده است. يافته ­هاي مقاله كه با بهره­ گيري از منابع مكتوب و مجازي، روش جامعه شناسي تاريخي و استفاده از تئوري شكاف­ها اجتماعي بوده، نشان دهندۀ تعميق شكاف ­هاي ترامپ با دولت پيشين ايالات متحده؛ يعني باراك اوباما، تمعيق گسست ها با دموكرات­ هاي مجلس آمريكا، تشديد چالش ­هاي ترامپ با فرمانداران ايالت­ هاي مهم آمريكا و تشديد تنش­ ها با طيف­هاي كارگر مي ­باشد.

With the outbreak of the Corona pandemic in 2020, all efforts were made towards a strong coalition to resolve and eventually cure the dangerous virus. In the meantime, instead of supporting the World Health Organization and adopting policies in support of various domestic spectrums and currents, Donald Trump has been widely accused of cutting off financial support to the World Health Organization and then entering. Blaming the Barack Obama administration has failed to bring the necessary approaches to curbing or not spreading the virus in the United States. As a result, less than three months after the corona outbreak, the United States topped the list of those most affected by the crisis. So in this article, the authors try to provide a convincing answer to the question of how the Corona pandemic led to the deepening of the nation-state divide in the United States. The authors' hypothesis is based on the principle that Trump's extreme hegemony and his policies have paved the way for the deepening of these rifts. Findings from the article, which use written and virtual sources, historical sociological methods, and the theory of social divisions, show that Trump's divisions with the previous US administration have deepened; That is, Barack Obama is deepening the rift with the Democrats in the US House, intensifying Trump's challenges with the governors of important US states, and escalating tensions with the working class.
