آينده‌پژوهي راهبردي نوآورانه در ارتقاء آموزشي دانشگاه‌ها

Futures studies an Innovative strategy in educational promotion of universities

آينده‌پژوهي حيطه جديدي از كاوشگري و دربردارنده تفكر صريح و سيستماتيك در باره آينده‌هاي جايگزين است. تغيير در آموزش عالي امري بسيار ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد و تمام صاحب‌نظران آموزش بر اين امر اجماع دارند. يكي از راه‌هاي ايجاد تغيير، آينده‌پژوهي است. براين‌اساس هدف مطالعه حاضر، مرور آينده‌پژوهي به‌عنوان راهبردي نوآورانه در ارتقاء آموزشي دانشگاه‌ها مي‌باشد. در اين مطالعه مروري، از مقاله‌هاي چاپ شده در مجلات فارسي و انگليسي موجود در پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي؛ Magiran Google Scholar, ProQuest, Elsevier, Pubmed, ISI (Web of Science), Science Direct, SID IranDoc, Iran Medex, Scopus در محدوده سال‌هاي 2019-2003 استفاده شد. جستجوي مقاله‌ها به طور عمده و با استفاده از كليدواژه‌هاي؛ آينده‌پژوهي، راهبردي نوآورانه، ارتقاء آموزشي، آموزش پزشكي، دانشگاه(علوم پزشكي) و معادل انگليسي آنها Futures studies, Innovative Strategy, Educational Promotion, Medical Education, Medical Sciences University انجام گرديد. فرايند انتخاب مقالات بر اساس اين راهبرد انجام شد و در نهايت پس از غربالگري عنوان و چكيده، مواد و روش‌ها و نتايج و پس از مطالعه و بررسي متن كامل، 23 مقاله واجد معيارهاي ورود به مقاله شناخته شدند. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه آينده‌پژوهي نه‌تنها دانش و رويكردي اسرارآميز و جادويي براي اظهارنظر پيرامون آينده نيست، بلكه توجه انسان به آينده را خردورزانه‌تر و در نتيجه موفقيت‌آميزتر مي‌سازد. باتوجه‌به نقش آينده‌پژوهي در ساخت آينده بهتر براي نظام آموزش پزشكي و سلامت كشور، همچنين ماهيت زمان‌بر؛ پرهزينه و مشاركتي اين مطالعات؛ ايجاد بسترهاي فكري، علمي و فرهنگي موردنياز در بخش آموزش پزشكي يك ضرورت است. هدف نهايي بسياري از آينده‌پژوهي‌هاي حوزه مديريت و برنامه‌ريزي آموزشي، كمك به ارتقاء نظام‌هاي آموزشي براي تربيت نسل‌هايي توانمند مي‌باشد. زمان آن رسيده است كه در دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي براي آينده‌پژوهي ظرفيت سازي‌هاي الزامي صورت پذيرد و امكان مشاركت و حمايت گسترده محققان و اعضاي هيأت علمي در برنامه‌هاي آينده‌پژوهي در حوزه تحقيقات آموزش پزشكي و سلامت در سراسر كشور فراهم گردد.

Futures studies is a new field of exploration that involves explicit and systematic thinking about alternative futures. A change in higher education seems to be essential, and all education experts agree. One way to make a difference is to study futures studies. Accordingly, the aim of the present study is to review futures studies as an innovative strategy in educational promotion of universities. In this review article, articles published during 2003 to 2019 were studied in Persian and English journals from databases in Google Scholar, ProQuest, Elsevier, Pubmed, ISI (Web of Science), Science Direct, SID, Magiran, IranDoc, Iran Medex, Scopus. The search for articles was mainly done using keywords; Futures studies, Innovative Strategy, Educational Promotion, Medical Education, Medical Sciences University. The process of selecting articles was based on this strategy: At the end of the search, 23 papers met the criteria for entering the study. The findings showed that the futures studies is not only a mysterious and magical knowledge and approach to comment on the future, but also makes human attention to the future more rational and therefore more successful. Considering the role of futures studies in building a better future for the country's medical and health education system, as well as the time-consuming nature; expensive and participatory studies; creating the necessary intellectual, scientific and cultural contexts in the field of medical education is a necessity. The ultimate goal of many futures studies in the field of educational management and planning is to help improve education systems to train capable generations. The time has come for the universities of medical sciences to develop the necessary capacity building for futures studies and to enable the participation and extensive support of researchers and faculty members in future research and programs in the field of medical education and health research across the country.
