Identify and Categorize the Challenges of Tourism Development in Germi City

امروزه صنعت گردشگري به منزله هدفي مهم در توسعه شهرها مطرح شده و اين احتمال وجود دارد كه هر شهري در راه رسيدن به اهدافش با چالش هاي خاصي روبه رو شود. شهر گرمي هم از اين قاعده مستثني نيست و با وجود داشتن پتانسيل هاي گردشگري، تاكنون نتوانسته از آن ها بهره برداري كند كه به نظر مي رسد چالش هايي در اين خصوص وجود دارد. ازاين رو، هدف اصلي اين تحقيق شناسايي چالش هاي پيش روي توسعه گردشگري شهر گرمي است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفي اكتشافي است و جامعه آماري تحقيق را كارشناسان آشنا به صنعت گردشگري شهر گرمي تشكيل مي دهند كه به روش گلوله برفي، تعداد 10 نفر از آن ها به منزله نمونه آماري تحقيق انتخاب شدند. همچنين، براي روايي ابزار تحقيق از روش تحليل محتوايي، براي پايايي آن از روش آزمون مجدد و براي تجزيه وتحليل داده ها از مدل سازي ساختاري تفسيري (ISM) و تحليل ميك مك (MICMAC) استفاده شده است. در همين خصوص، نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه از بين 17 چالش شناسايي شده اوليه، 13 چالش در مرحله بررسي روايي محتوايي، ضريب CVR بالاي 0/75 را كسب كردند و چالش هاي نهايي گردشگري شهر گرمي شناخته شدند. همچنين، سطح بندي چالش ها نشان داد كه چالش هاي مربوطه را مي توان در شش سطح طبقه بندي كرد كه چالش قانون گذاري گردشگري در پايين ترين سطح و چالش هاي اقتصادي و اجتماعي در بالاترين سطح قرار گرفتند و دسته بندي آن ها نيز نشان داد كه چالش هاي دولتي و قانون گذاري چالش هاي كليدي توسعه گردشگري شهر گرمي به شمار مي روند كه تاثير بسيار زيادي (داراي قدرت نفوذ بالا و وابستگي كمتر) در توسعه آن دارند.

Today, the tourism industry is considered as an important goal in the development of cities, and it is likely that each city will face certain challenges in achieving its goals. The city of Germi is no exception to this rule and despite its tourism potential, it has not been able to exploit them so far, which seems to be a challenge in this regard. In this regard, the main purpose of this study is to identify the challenges facing the development of tourism in Germi. The present study is a descriptive-exploratory study and the statistical population of the research is experts familiar with the tourism industry of Germi city. 10 of them were selected as the statistical sample of the research by snowball method. Also, content analysis method was used for the validity of the research tool, retest method was used for its reliability, and Structural-Interpretive Modeling (ISM) and MICMAC analysis were used for data analysis. In this regard, the results show that out of 17 initially identified challenges, 13 challenges in the content validity review stage achieved a CVR of above 0.75 and were identified as the final challenges of Germi city tourism. Also, the leveling of challenges showed that the relevant challenges can be classified into six levels, the challenge of tourism legislation at the lowest level and the economic and social challenges at the highest level, and that the classification They also showed that government and legislative challenges are key challenges in the development of Germi city tourism that have a great impact on its development (with high influence and low dependence
