چكيده فارسي :
دانــش آمــوزان بــه عنــوان ســرمايه هاي اصلــي انســاني هــر جامعــه بــوده و توجــه بــه ســلامتي و ارتقــاي ســلامت آن هــا بــه عنــوان ســرمايه گذاري بــراي آينــده در نظــر گرفتــه مي شــود. در پژوهــش حاضــر، هــدف مقايســه تطبيقــي آمــوزش بهداشــت مــدارس ابتدايــي در كشــورهاي ايــران و كــره جنوبــي و ژاپــن اســت. روش كار: ايــن پژوهــش از نظــر هــدف كاربــردي و توصيفــي– تحليلــي بــوده و بــر اســاس روش مطالعــات تطبيقــي در آمــوزش و پــرورش مطابــق ديــدگاه جــرج بــردي انجــام شــده اســت. بــر ايــن اســاس داده هــاي جمــع آوري شــده در چهــار مرحلــه توصيــف، تفســير، هم جــواري و مقايســه، مــورد تجزيــه و تحليــل قــرار گرفتنــد. جهــت جمــع آوري داده هــا، مطالعــات گســترده انگليســي و فارســي از ســال 2005 تــا ســال 2020 بــا اســتفاده از پايگاه هــاي اطلاعاتــي و اســتنادي معتبــر از جملــه ،PubMed، Web of Science، Scopus Google scholar،WHO و Science Direct انجــام شــد. نمونه گيــري بــه صــورت انتخابــي بــوده و آمــوزش بهداشــت دوره ابتدايــي در كشــورهاي ايــران، ژاپــن و كــره جنوبــي بررســي و مقايســه شــد. بــا توجــه بــه الگــوي مفهومــي اوليــه، آمــوزش بهداشــت مــدارس ابتدايــي در مؤلفه هــاي آمــوزش بهداشــت جســماني، روانــي و اجتماعــي مــورد مطالعــه قــرار گرفــت. يافته هــا: در بعــد ســلامت روان پذيــرش دو فرهنگــي، روابــط خانوادگــي، ســبك فرزنــد پــروري و در بعــد ســلامت جســماني مشــاركت ورزشــي ســازمان يافته، رفتارهــاي پرتحــرك در مدرســه، رعايــت رژيــم غذايــي، تعــادل و چابكــي، انعطــاف پذيــري، قــدرت عضلانــي، اســتقامت و در بعــد اجتماعــي امنيــت، انســجام، توانمندســازي و حمايــت اجتماعــي از جملــه مــوارد آمــوزش بهداشــت متفــاوت بيــن ايــران و دو كشــور ديگــر مــي باشــند. نتيجه گيــري: در ايــران بــه مؤلفه هــاي آمــوزش بهداشــت مــدارس ابتدايــي در هــر ســه بعــد ســلامت اجتماعــي، جســماني و روان كمتــر توجــه شــده اســت و نيازمنــد جايگزيــن كــردن مؤلفه هــاي متفــاوت ذكرشــده يافته هــاي پژوهــش در سيســتم آموزشــي بهداشــت مــدارس ابتدايــي و برنامــه مربيــان بهداشــتي مــدارس مي باشــد.
چكيده لاتين :
Students are considered as the main human resources of any society and attention to
their health and health promotion is an investment for the future. In the present study, the aim was
to make a comparative comparison of the primary school health educations in Iran, South Korea and
Japan.
Methods: This research is applied in purpose and descriptive-analytical method based on the method
of comparative studies in education according to the George Brady's view. According to this, the
collected data were analyzed in four stages including descriptive, interpretation, adjacency and
comparison. To collect research data, an extensive search including English and Persian studies was
conducted from 2005 to 2020 using valid databases and citations such as PubMed, Web of Science,
Scopus, Google Scholar, WHO and Science Direct.Sampling was done selectively and primary
health education in Iran, Japan and South Korea were reviewed and compared. According to the
basic conceptual model, primary school health education was studied in the components of physical,
mental and social health education.
Results: In terms of mental health, bicultural acceptance, family relationships, parenting style; In
terms of physical health, organized sports participation, active behaviors in school, adhere to diet,
balance and agility, flexibility, muscle strength, endurance; in the social dimension, security, cohesion,
empowerment and social support are among the different types of health education between Iran and
the other two countries.
Conclusions: In Iran, less attention has been paid to the components of primary school health
education in all three dimensions of social, physical and mental health and needs to replace the
different components mentioned in the research findings in the primary school health education
system and the school health educators’program.
