چكيده فارسي :
هدف: ماهيت و عملكرد مجاهدان مشروطه‌خواه در تحولات شمال غرب كشور طي سال‌هاي جنگ جهاني اول بررسي شده است
روش/ رويكرد پژوهش: داده ها از منابع كتاب‌خانه‌اي گردآوري و تحليل شده‌است.
يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري: مجاهدان با آغاز جنگ جهاني اول از عثماني به آذربايجان بازگشتند. آنها اهداف مختلفي دنبال كردند و عملكردهاي مختلف از خود نشان دادند. به‌لحاظ ماهيت و عملكرد، مجاهدان به دو طيف وطن‌پرستان و عُمّال عثماني تعلق داشتند. عمال عثماني در عقيده و يغماگري قواي عثماني را همراهي مي‌كردند. ايشان نه‌تنها از رسالت آزادي‌خواهانۀ خود و از اصول و ارزش‌هاي مشروطه عدول كردند، بلكه دوشادوش قواي عثماني به غارت‌گري و تعدي پرداختند.
چكيده لاتين :
Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the political views and actions of Mojahedin
who fought in the aftermath of the 1906 Constitutional Revolution during the years of World
War I.
Method and Research Design: This research is based on data collected from library resources
Findings and conclusion: Mojahedin acted differently and pursued different goals with the outbreak
of World War I when returned from the Ottoman territory to Azerbaijan. They were divided
into two groups. One group remained loyal to Iran of patriots and its territorial integrity,
while the other performed as Ottoman operatives. The leaders of the latter included two groups
associated with the Ottoman forces in both ideological and committed plundering in Azarbaijan.
They not only abandoned their freedom-seeking mission but also along with the Ottoman forces,
plundered and violated constitutional principles and values.
