مروري بر عوامل موثر بر رعايت اخلاق در پژوهش‌هاي علوم پزشكي

Investigation of Factors Affecting the Observance of Ethics in Medical Research

مقدمه: گسترش پژوهش‌هاي پزشكي طي دهه‌هاي اخير، ضرورت حاكميت ارزش‌هاي اخلاقي و نهادينه شدن اصول انساني در مراكز علمي- پژوهشي را نمايان نموده است. وجود انحرافات و سوء استفاده‌ها در مسير پژوهش منجر به وضع قوانين اخلاقي و ايجاد نظارت دقيق شده است. هدف از اين مطالعه، مروري بر عوامل موثر بر اخلاق در پژوهش‌هاي علوم پزشكي مي‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر با جستجو به صورت مروري در متون موجود در پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي فارسي و انگليسي شامل Google scholars, SID, Magiran و PubMed با كليد واژه‌هاي اخلاق پژوهش، علوم پزشكي، عوامل فردي و عوامل محيطي در سال‌هاي 2006 تا 2019 انجام گرديد. يافته‌ها: نتايج مطالعات بررسي شده عوامل موثر بر رعايت اخلاق پژوهش را در دو محور كلي عوامل فردي و عوامل محيطي گزارش داده اند. عوامل دروني همچون ناآگاهي پژوهشگر از موازين و قواعد اخلاق پژوهش، راحت­طلبي و دستيابي سريع به نتيجه از طريق داده سازي و مدرك­ گرايي، باورهاي ديني، شخصيت و نگرش پژوهشگر، وجدان پژوهشگر، رويكرد مدرك گرايي، مشكلات اقتصادي، محدوديت‌هاي زماني و تاثيرپذيري از محيط و اطرافيان عواملي هستند كه بر ميزان رعايت اخلاق پژوهش تاثير مي‌گذارند. عوامل بيروني همچون كمبود زمان، فشارهاي مالي و اقتصادي، اجبار دانشجويان به ارائه مقالات علمي و همكاري نكردن استادان در فرآيند كار دانشجو، نگراني جهت پيدا كردن شغل آينده و از دست دادن شرايط استخدامي، جو رقابتي بين دانشجويان براي افزايش رزومه كاري، تأثير و نقش استادان بر رفتار دانشجويان و به وجود آوردن جو رقابتي كه بر اخلاق پژوهش موثر مي‌باشند. نتيجه گيري: با توجه به مطالعات مرور شده، وضعيت كنوني اخلاق در پژوهش با وضعيت ايده آل فاصله دارد. و به جهت كاهش اين فاصله اقدامات جدي و تغييرات اساسي پيشنهاد مي‌گردد.

Introduction: The development of medical research in recent decades has shown the need for the rule of moral values and the institutionalization of human principles in scientific-research centers. Existence of deviations and abuses in the research path has led to the establishment of ethical laws and close supervision. The purpose of this study is reviewing the factors affecting ethics in medical research. Methods: Methods: The present study was conducted by the literature searching in Persian and English languages in the electronic databases including; Google scholars, SID, Magiran and PubMed, with 2006 to 2019 date limitation. The search keywords of "ethics", "medical sciences", "personal factors" and "environmental factors" were used for searching mentioned databases. Results: The literature reviews indicated that the factors affecting the observance of research ethics have reported in two general axes of individual factors and environmental factors. The researcher's ignorance of the norms and rules of research ethics, convenience and rapid achievement of results, religious beliefs, researcher personality and attitude, researcher conscience, tendency to earn a degree, economic problems, time limitations, and Being influenced by the environment and others are Internal factors that affected on the rate and regard of research ethics. External factors such as lack of time, financial and economic pressures, forcing students to submit scientific papers, Lack of cooperation between students and professors, worries about job finding in future or employment conditions losing, competitive atmosphere among students to Raise their resume, Professors' role and impact on students' behavior, and competitive atmosphere creating that affect research ethics. Conclusion: According to the reviewed studies, the current state of research ethics is far from ideal. It is needed serious action and fundamental changes in supervisor and policy-making to bridge this gap.
