Designing Patient Education Program for Mothers and Families in Mofid Children's Hospital

زمينه و هدف: بيماري كودك موجب ناراحتي و اضطراب مادر و اعضاي خانواده مي شود. اگر مادر از نظر جسمي، روحي رواني آسيب ببيند، كودك بيمار و ساير كودكان نيز آسيب خواهند ديد. ولي چنان چه مادر و اعضاي خانواده آموزش ببينند موجب مشاركت فعال آنها در درمان كودكان بيمار، ارتقاء سطح سلامت خانواده ها، كاهش اضطراب و تسكين آنها، كاهش هدر رفت زمان و هزينه ها مي شود. همچنين فرصت آموزش به كاركنان سلامت، دستياران، دانشجويان پزشكي و پرستاري را فراهم نمايد. روش و مواد: ابتدا كميته راهبردي در بيمارستان تشكيل خواهد شد. سپس ذينفعان شناسايي شده و با جلسات بارش افكار، بحث متمركز گروهي يا دلفي به اجماع نظرات در مورد اجراي برنامه خواهد رسيد. در مرحله بعد نيازهاي آموزشي و محتوي آموزشي اولين بيماري نمونه اولويت دار تعيين خواهد شد. آموزش ها توسط همه كاركنان در بيمارستان و با سطح بندي خواهد بود. در نهايت برنامه ارزشيابي شده و بعد از بازنگري به ساير بيماري ها در سطح بيمارستان گسترش پيدا خواهد كرد.

Background and Objective: The child's illness causes discomfort and anxiety to the mother and other family members. If the mother is physically and mentally damaged, the sick child and other children will also be more harmed. But if mothers and family members are educated, it will lead to their active participation in the treatment of sick children, improve the health of families, reduce their anxiety and relief, and reduce wasted time and money. Furthermore provide training opportunities for health workers, residents, nurses, medical and nursing students. Materials and Methods: At First, a strategic committee will be formed in the hospital. Stakeholders will then be identified and consensus on the implementation of the program will be reached through brainstorming sessions, focused group discussions or Delphi. In the next step, the educational needs and educational content for the first priority disease will be determined. Trainings will be by all staff in the hospital and with grading. Eventually the program will be evaluated and after reviewing other diseases will be extended.
